Everyone is great here . “Tyrene” was super nice. Usually at other locations they just announce name and leave coffee at counter. However here she came with coffee to our table. It was very nice of her. I’m posting this review just because I really really appreciate this . Thank you guys . I come here almost every day . Its my fav location of starbucks.

Amazing help by James at this location, bailing me out of a bit of a jam with a misplaced receipt, pulled it up quick, fast and sounded happy to do it. Appreciate the help
Staff are super great! Very friendly and they make delicious drinks. This is one of my go-to Starbucks. The only reason why I’d rate this 4-stars instead of 5 is because for whatever reason, they no longer put out the straws. It has got to be one of the most inconvenient things to have to find an opportunity to ask the busy baristas for a straw, on top of my already crazy order. I’ve asked the staff on a few occasions why this is the case and a lot of them do not know, they just said that it wasn’t their idea. I understand this can be seen as a small thing but it seems to frustrate a lot of people.

Small coffee shop. Professional and friendly staff. Never had any issus here with my order. They also give me free glass of water whenever I asked. They are super friendly. Love spending my time here.
Decent location. Decent service. Decent baristas. Great drinks. I do appreciate that the location is way less busy than other ones (i.e. all the locations in Guildford/Whalley).

Consistent. I love walking my dog around the neighbourhood to stop in and grab a coffee. Friendly staff, very clean and tidy. East entrance with ample parking. When it’s nice out and restrictions are lifted they have plenty of outdoor space to relax.
Came in at approx 5:30 pm on Dec 15 and was served by a young Asian gentleman who was super friendly. His customer service skills were excellent! This was my first time at this location and will definitely be going back. Nice atmosphere and all around very friendly people sitting around I noticed and either engaged in a conversation or enjoying the coffee or tea they ordered.
