Review Boston Pizza - Surrey

Asst General Mgr Neal & our lovely waitress Cierra made our experience awesome by simply changing the music to Classic Rock thus changing the entire atmosphere of the restaurant! Our pizzas of course were delicious - we will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well we had a FANTASTIC lunch at BP and would highly recommend this restaurant. Their diverse menu is off the charts. Really tasty food, made with care and attention to detail. Prices are the normal range now a days, with so many factors influencing things - but one thing I can tell you is that the quality of the food justifies the price point. The value of great tasting food with well thought out recipes is very much appreciated! Thank you BP for creating such deliciously wonderful food and providing the best management and serving team anyone could ask for!! Viraz & Christine keep everything flowing super well with such passion and excitement for the brand and top that off with lovely servers such as Taylor and well, just sit back and 'eat, drink and be merry' - because BP really delivers a guaranteed wonderful eating experience in every way! We haven’t been to Boston Pizza for awhile and met a family member for lunch. Although the prices were higher (as expected) the food was fresh and quite large portions. We were all full! We had a couple of salads and the chicken sandwich and everyone enjoyed it! The restaurant was very clean! The staff were all super friendly!

Absolutely amazing that this location supports local schools by participating in PAC fundraisers. We had an amazing dinner. Food was excellent, service was excellent and to know it benefits our school was great! We will definitely be ordering more in the future. Thank you so much!

Great place, great food, great drinks. We are so happy that they were open after 9:00 PM after our long, awful drive down from the interior of BC. I've been out of Canada for several decades, and I was really happy to find that Boston Pizza makes such a wide variety of interesting pasta dishes! We had TONS of leftovers, as an added bonus. :)

Great atmosphere with Super Bowl live, almost full house even at 8pm on a Sunday evening. Great pizza and pasta at reasonable prices. Good service. Will definitely go back again.

I felt highly disrespected walking into this boston pizza. I have come into this establishment multiple times and have received high quality service. Unfortunately, today's staff disrespected my friend and I by not only refusing to seat us at a table of our choice and not contacting us when more tables were free. I had left my phone number with the hostess who lied to our face when we came back an hour later saying she called us. Luckily a server from another boston pizza served us and was very respectful and understanding of our situation. From this point on we were treated very well by this server. She took 25% off of our bill which we refused to accept. We also left this server a very generous tip for her outstanding service. Next time I hope I will be treated better.

My friends and I decided to grab dinner at this location tonight. We were asked for our drink order and then proceeded to be ignored for the better part of our stay there. The four employees were too busy talking amongst each other. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all… considering there were two other pairs of people who were already eating. The restaurant was otherwise empty. We never ended up getting our drinks either and since 25 minutes had past we decided to leave. This was extremely upsetting and rude to have to deal. Also unprofessional for such a large establishment. I unfortunately have to leave one star but they deserve ZERO.

The pizza is very good and is prepared quickly. Very kid friendly atmosphere and patient staff. I will be returning to this location with my young children.

The atmosphere was good, the service was average, the food a average, it was my first time coming in this restaurant with my family and trying something different, but overall it’s not bad to give it a go

*Service review based on South Surrey location.<br/>Service was super slow even though the place wasn't packed. Our dessert didn't taste the same as when we ordered it in other locations (dessert not pictured).<br/><br/>Pasta dishes were fine but we weren't offered cheese or anything (different from what I've experienced in other locations). The chicken from one of the dishes had no flavour at all.<br/><br/>Best thing were probably the nachos...

Very satisfied with my meal, server Victoria pleasant,good sense of humor, efficient & knowledgeable - after being moved away from an extremely noise group of "little people" the booth & atmosphere was cool.<br/><br/>Would return again

Worst service .. Took 45 mins to get dessert .. They weren't busy at all .. Was not impressed.

Disappointing. I have ordered pizza three times to give them a fair chance and will not again. Very disappointing for the price. The bill was wrong twice. When it is delivered you have no recourse.

Hit and Miss. I used to come here all the time when I was a kid and loved it. The food has definitely been lackluster lately and is getting to be way overpriced for what it is. This is a chain restaurant that uses cheap ingredients and I think they are trying to turn themselves into Cactus Club, but the prices don't fit the cuisine at the moment. There are definitely some consistency issues with the cooking and it makes this place really hit and miss. I think if the prices were lower I would enjoy it more.

Small Pizzas. $36.00 for '2' small pizzas??? Give me a break and they were the worst pizzas we have ever had. Won't go back.

Unforgettable Service - in a bad way. My own opinion - What can I say, I had to deal with an overzealous, emotional, non rational waitress at this location. <br/><br/>Have to admit, I have had great experiences here and its what i came to expect, however, this particular employee clearly has lacks reasoning skills. <br/><br/>The service was patently horrible! But who do you talk to regarding this? How many others have had the same experience? <br/>Please tell me you have not! and this is a one off. Cheers!

Great Pizza. My Favorite Pizza when I make it to vancouver. The Cheese bread goes great with Pizza.
