Worst Wendys I’ve ever been to.
We waited over 7 minutes just to be even acknowledged. All the tables were dirty so I asked for a cloth so I can clean it and sit down, you know to save them from doing their job.
I got huffed at and an eye roll. Food was lukewarm at best.
Had a great experience late night. Hot fresh and crispy food. I was in and out of drive thru in 5 mins. I was surprised at how yummy the chicken and fries were since it was 1 am! Thanks Wendy's staff
Went to drivethru and was told to go to parking lot to wait. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes and went inside to ask about the order only to find out they forgot and told us to wait even more for the combos. No apology or anything. At least popeyes gave us a free apple pie for waiting for 7 minutes.
Waited in line for 20 minutes. Employees never looked at us or took our order. Three people were waiting in line and they never took any of our orders. They kept laughing and talking to each other in conversation. Never gave us an explanation. Left after 20 minutes not dealing with this.
The supervisor in charge Raman is not in good mood talking to customer knowing that her staff made a mistake in the order. Even a simple smile given to customer was unpleasant to me.
