Review Panago Pizza - Surrey

Worst pizza I've ordered in a long time. The chicken wings were soggy and cold when I got them. The quality that Pango used to have is gone.

Do NOT order from this Panago. This is the pizza they are satisfied with to serve their customers. LOW standards. Paper-thin, soggy dough (when it is supposed to be original hand tossed). They do not care, just want your money. The triple pepperoni is more like a mangled mess and did not cover the pizza. Zero quality. Will NOT be ordering from here again. Lesson Learned.

Place is usually good but last time I ordered a gluten smart pizza with double pepperoni, chicken, extra sauce, double cheese and pineapples I got literally less then half of what I ordered. No pepperoni at all, literally half the usual amount of sauce no where near double. Barley any cheese and it was hard and cold. And to top it off the dipping sauces provided were all expired in may. 🤮

Never disappointing. Always awesome! Pizzas are made well, always hot, and ready fast with good service. I've never had an issue with delivery or pick up. Even brought it out to our car parked out front once! If you're a Panago fan, this location is one of the best. You guys rock! 😊

Went there just before they closed and they still made us some great pizzas. Sorry for bothering ya just before you lock up. I know what it's like and you were all great :)

Was craving pizza and have to say the pizza was a disappointment. One of the pizzas was delivered burnt to a crisp. Called Panago back and we had a freshly baked pizza within forty minutes. Overall, flavours just weren’t there. Reminded us why we stopped ordering Panago in the first place.

The new spicy jalapeño chicken pizza is a flop.

Ordered a large thin crust New York deli and a Hawaiian after getting a Flyer in the mail with some delicious looking pictures . I waited with stomach growling anticipating the arrival of the tasty pies and delivery was fast. Unfortunately what was delivered didn’t match up to what was pictured in the flyers . Without going into too much detail, both pizzas tasted like the boxes they came in and I remembered why we stopped ordering from Panago in the first place (I think it takes about 3 years to forget and order again lol). Anywho- I bought into the new “organic/higher quality ingredients” message and really was hoping for a good pie and really can’t figure out why it’s so hard to produce something edible. I’ll check in again in another 3 years maybe...
