Review Taco Del Mar - Surrey

The place is clean (tables, bathroom, seating area, food counters) and the food is ok. I bought the 3 tacos meal and it does the job of filling you up. The lady at the counter lacked the smile but was professional in all her dealing. The main reason for my 3 stars versus 4, is the fact that they had this offer for 3 tacos and a pop for $9.00 which I only saw after finishing my food and the lady at the cash didn't even bother to advise me of it. In fact she charged me 9.98 for three tacos and tried to up-sell me a drink which I declined. In the retail and food business, salesperson or counter person should advise the customer on the best deal rather than try to milk them of as much cash as possible. This place has now closed. In its place is the new holy tacos shop.

This was by far the worst burrito I've had in my life. Lack of selection on everything.. only 2 kinds of meat and 2 kinds of tortilla to pick from when the menu said there's 4. It was not a busy location but the service was SLOPPY. I had my food right after she made it and it was so soggy and loose. It was tasteless as well. For the price you're paying I suggest you go to Mucho Burrito... portion and quality is much better.

Crap. The girl behind the counter dropped my friends taco on the floor (ew) and gave it to her. It took us about 10 seconds to order and she spent 15 minutes (no joke here) getting our orders (and she was really damn slow) and she apologized to the other costumers because "a couple of 14 year olds were taking too long" She didn't even smile and she didn't even give us the right amount of change -_-

Well the new girl they hired is finally understanding.... I love mexican foods and this one is closest to my office Food here is awesome!

Not great but fills u up when Ur craving Mexican and there is not real Mexican place around
