Great place friendly staff love coming here !!
The staff are so lovely. Sometimes I just go in to talk to them. The food is good. The drinks are awesome and when you ask for a suggestion, they usually come through and since it’s such a good Starbucks with employees that get to know the customers, they tend to suggest drinks that are personal to you💕💕
super friendly staff and nice environment — there is a bit of a wait during the mornings due to the volume of orders but i don’t mind as the staff are doing their best :)

Been going to this Starbucks for the past few years. A lovely store with superior customer service. Especially barista Dawn and supervisor Lamar. Incredible team and always a pleasant visit!!
I am from Seattle and was visiting Surrey. Went to this Starbucks a few times during my stay and had a really good experience! Not only was the coffee good, but the staff here were awesome. They were so friendly and jovial and at the time that I went (7 am and around 730 pm) the store wasn't crowded at all!
I ordered new brand beverage.
But disappointed.
Except that, everything is good.
The people working here are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met! They clearly love what they’re doing and make it such a pleasant experience just walking in. I’ve only seen it run behind during the school lunch times.
Been here a number of times. Slower service than other locations.
Interior is also less appealing comparably.
The entire team at this location, have been the kindest, fun, and such personable workers. I've been coming here for 9 months and each time has been such a wonderful experience. They lead and serve well! During the pandemic they handled customers and each situation with exceptional customer service experience, as I have continued to observe my surroundings there. I don't usually post reviews but this is by far, the best location for coffee and customer service.
