I dont know why restaraunts in Surrey lack the same care and quality that others have.
(I do know why, I wont mention it.)
Two nights ago, I bought a sunday. It was not ice cream. It was frozen water with a little milk in it. No sweetness to it at all.

Front crew are generally okay, but the food is mediocre at best, even for fast food. Chicken is usually dry, beef burgers don't taste as fulfilling as ones from other fast food joints. The place is also dark inside which makes it feel somewhat sketchy. Finally, they exhaust their smoke all the time
It's my 3rd visit in last 2 months and their washroom is still not working. They have 3 washroom. It is the same excuse since the first time. Will never ever visit burger King. Also the arrogant behaviour by staff when asked about the washroom
Horrible staff. Have no idea how to cater customer. Girl taking the order has no manners to talk and have attitude issues. She is definitely not a fit for this job. Will never ever go here. Staff don't even wear name batches so identify the person. Horrible. Food was also not cooked properly.
One star is too high. I want to give them a zero star. Poor service, floors and tables were all sticky and dirty. Do not order hot chocolate!!! It tastes like a water with few drops of chocolate. Do not come this location, do not waste your money. I saw 5-6 staffs and no one smiled at me.. terrible
