Review White Spot Central City - Surrey

I was disappointed with the food, I usually get a bacon, cheese burger with extra triple o sauce. But, this time i ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms n chicken. The chicken was burnt and dry af, I notified server and she ordered me another piece.of chicken...it too was over cooked. Oh well, gonna stick to ordering burgers. I love White Spot but this time it wasn't so great.

I especially like coffee and fries in this restaurant. My daughter also loves pirate pack kids' menu.

You need to order from a small option of entrees to order an alcoholic beverage with your meal? What is this BS? Hey manager, fix this. That makes absolutely no sense. Unless you're trying to force an entree on your customers? Garbage idea. However the food is really good! Kudos to the kitchen staff, keep up the great work!

Gad some great food for lunch here last sunday. We were going to try to get food delivered but, delivery apps didn't have anyone delivering (understand due to how hot it was) Had the 2 piece cod and switched fries for onion rings. Both items were perfectly cooked. Fish was super moist and tender while the batter didn't make it seem too oily. Onion rings were great as well as it was really crunchy still by the time I got home. To top it off, the server was really thoughful. Since I forgot to get a drink she offered a nice cup of ice water. I did forget to order a drink and was contemplating it but I just figured I'd get it at home. That small gesture though left me a good impression and it was very much appreciated!

We called for a reservation, they said it was fine. When we got there, they had no spot also did not tell us about all the local COVID measures in place. Waiter and waitress was rude. Did not split the bill. Over priced food that used to be good. The plastic walls are super dirty and same with the family washroom. Never going back.

Wish there was negative stars to give. Was there tonight with my wife and 2 young kids. The food there was really good and the service from the great waitresses there was amazing as well. They were very accommodating even when my son who is a year and a half decided to clear everything off his portion of the table onto the floor around him. However when the ???? Manager??? Lady named Debra came out and saw a kids coloring sheet on the floor you could feel and see the glare she gave me and my family. My wife was trying to talk to her and Debra just straight up ignored my wife and kept walking. Like I'm sorry it's a family restaurant and kids will be kids. If you can't handle it then you need to work somewhere else. Very unprofessional and miserable. Makes me not want to return!

Used to come here alot. Now not so much. The service is good. We got to our seat fast. It takes awhile for our food to come then our food comes luke warm & fries are cold. One of my family members ordered a beer and came out flat. It took at least 20 mins for them to replace the keg. The fish tacos where soggy, not impressed.

One of the most reliable White Spot locations. Service is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Food is always well prepared and all criticism is taken well.

Whitespot surrey central. Boo wayyy overpriced for the quality, slow service... sticky plate of mush you sell for 14 or 15 bucks along with 1.5 or 2 oz of chicken- a couple of tablespoons (maybe) of the flattest tasting currey there could be mixed in the rice so there's no sauce and you can't avoid the gob of sticky mush rice to eat any of it... absolutely no flavor... most flavorful item was the wilted cilantro draped over the top of the dish.. and no thanks for the cardboard naan bla gag gag... but nice waitress

Same as any other white spot... friendly service and decent food.<br/>don't understand why white spot does not offer gluten free bread when they go to the lengths of providing a separate (and sizeable) gluten free menu.

Excellent service. We have been here a number of times, all the servers are great, but Shawna is absolutely spectacular. Will be coming back here many more times

The area of Surrey Central is getting better but it still inhabits many trouble makers. This was the case when my husband and I went for a quiet dinner at the Surrey Central White Spot. Long story short, a man next to our table got mad that we were moving to a different table because his kids were screaming incessantly. We had no problems with it, we didn't say anything to them, we just were moving tables. He verbally assaulted both my husband and I with foul language, name calling as well as threatening violence, all while we stood back in shock and awe. Even his wife was horrified by his irrational outburst. The manager did nothing. He knows this patron threatened to harm us and allowed them to stay, and simply looked at us like, "What should I do about it?" Well I've worked in the restaurant industry and he should have asked him to leave. He should have called the police. Instead he let the belligerent person stay because it was easier to push us out the door, since we weren't at all enraged or out of control. So don't go to Surrey Central White Spot if you want a safe, respectful experience. We were threatened and that seemed perfectly fine with the manager, so long as he didn't have to do anything for the safety of his patrons. Very disappointed, we'll never go back. I guess in this day and age, the ones who threaten people are the ones who win their spot in an establishment.

Staff are friendly, but the lunch service is SLOW. And the quality of the food isn't worth the wait.

Took forever to get our bill at lunch with a group from the office. Made some of our group late to return to work.

Went to surrey central location on mothers day. Took mom of course! I'm not often a big bacon and eggs and pancakes breakfast person, but occasionally I do enjoy it. I decided to order what was called the French breakfast- 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast and hashbrowns. When ordering, I said specifically to the waitress: Is it possible to get the hash browns really crispy? Of course!! She replied. She even wrote it down. You can see where this is going..... When the food arrived, not only were the hash browns not crispy, they were barely cooked. I reminded her that they were supposed to have been cooked crispy. She said she would bring me another order. So, I picked away at the test of the meal while I waited 10-15 mins to receive another plate of hash browns, essentially identical to the first. I told her that my eggs were now cold which prompted a condescending look from her The manager then came out and asked if he could do anything, to which I replied not to worry. He then td me that he didn't like their hash browns as they often were not cooked very well. Why would they serve them then, I wonder. I have 2 questions to ask: 1. If the kitchen was unwilling to cook the hashbrowns to my specs, why would the waitress say it wasn't a problem? 2. Knowing how I had ordered them, and seeing that they were clearly NOT what I ordered, why bring them to me? Lack of concern and lack of professionalism. Period. White spot truly is not the restaurant it used to be. To their credit, they removed the cost of my breakfast from the bill. Breakfast at white spot? Never again..... When the hash

The Smokey BBQ Burger was deeeeeelish. We subbed the fries with sweet potato fries - $2. Those things are addicting.

What can I say about White Spot that hasn't been said beforeā€¦ Everyone knows the story of Nat Bailey and how this iconic franchise got its start, and of course everyone has had a Triple O burger at one point or another. I went there to sample their new Comfort Foods Menu - prepared by executive chef Chuck Currie, the menu focuses on classic dishes such as spagetti and meatballs and crispy buttermilk chicken. We started with the Roasted Chicken Artichoke Flatbread Garlic roasted chicken, artichoke hearts, spinach, Fontina and Parmesan cheese with lemon chilli cream sauce. ($9.99) The flatbread was very crispy and the sauce had a nice tanginess to it. Although the chicken was a little dry, this dish was tasty enough. Loved the artichokes. The Creamy Butternut Squash Ravioli - this is butternut squash ravioli with a cream sauce, bacon, and toasted pecans ($14). I'll be totally honest - I didn't like this dish one bit. It had 5 ravioli and the sauce was much too heavy. I didn't even fini

White Spot has been pushing their new Comfort Food 2.0 menu, and the commercials are everywhere during the Olympics.
