Review Kubyertos - Surrey

I give 4 stars for my over-all experience: for the effort to cook our foods, the huge servings, the tasty dishes and the location is excellent for a big party. However, my only concern was the looong wait for the dishes to be served considering we were the only diners at that time (party of 8) and the staff was unapologetic. This restaurant has potentials so I hope the service will get better in time. It's not a high-end restaurant so I guess, you get what you pay for :-)

From our last family dinner 6 months ago, today the food we ordered were a lot tastier & better... the waiting time wasn’t that late long, maybe it was around 13-20mins.. they must have a new chef... 🤙🏽😎

Great food. Spacious venue. Perfect for events. Large and clean washroom. Courteous staffs. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back. :)

There should be a person to welcome people at the front. Service was fast. 2 dishes was out in 11 mins. Had to ask for the rice. The sisig was overcooked and dry. I prefer Kumare's. Their special was lechon but it wasn't crunchy. One server served 1 mug of tea when we asked for a pot of tea which she served but did not give another mug.. Later, our real server came with a pot of tea with 2 mugs. Love the sinigang belly.

Tried it last week with some friends of mine. Had a good experience in general. Friendly service. They didn't rush us, let us take our time. Laid back. Large booths. Looks like they're under Reno's a little but still cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the dishes we ordered and we had left overs to take home for our boyfriends/husbands. Really enjoyed the desserts, my favorite was the cassava cake. Would probably eat here again with friends or family.

We went here for the first time for my wife's birthday and we really enjoyed the food. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The tables we not too close together like your typical Filipino restaurant. The portion was just right. We would definitely come back and try more dishes. There's also lots of parking.

I do not believe in reviews. I believe in experience and that is exactly what I did. I did not wait long at the door. There was somebody who greeted me within a minute. The restaurant is clean and the employees were all smiling. I ordered lomi and halo-halo. Ingredients in halo-halo is a little bit scarce but good deal for the price and excellent taste. The owner was there and she acknowledged us. Definitely will recommend.

The place was huge and very spacious. It was something that caught the eye when you enter the restaurant. Sadly though, that was probably the only good thing about this place. When we started to pick our meals on the menus, there were lots of choices to choose from. Surprisingly, most of them were not available even though it was stated on the menu. The waitress got most of our food orders wrong, even though we double checked with her. We talked to them in our language mind you, and so the communication barrier shouldn't have been a problem. On top of that, the plates and bowls were dirty and were not cleaned well. The food wasn't all that great also, and customer service wasn't professional. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the place, and you'd probably be best off at Max's Restaurant, where everything there is on point!

We have our daughter Christening Party yesterday here. The place was clean. Atmosphere was great.friendly staff and the owner was great and friendly too. food was great all my guests loved it...you deserved 5 stars!!! thanks you guys for the good service.i will definitely100% recommend this place.

Dined here Tuesday night, food was amazing! I liked their grilled shrimp and squid, liempo sinigang was so good with lots of veggies in it. But the dish that will make me come back here was the beef steak. Satisfied with both food and service.

I attended a birthday party and I must say the experience wasn't that good. Customer service was really poor, we had to get our water and ice, foods didn't taste that great and only few dishes were served almost an hour late. We were done eating when the pancit and crispy pata were added to the buffet table.

Reading all the comments and I agree that customer service is poor it took almost an hour for our dish to arrive. Good food though so i will still go back.

Food is fine but customer service is not good.after taking ur order and serve your food thats the last time the server was over in our table considering we are the only customer since we had an early dinner at 4.u have to find her if you have to ask something..they need to improve customer service as it is a filipino restaurant and we are known as very hospitable.

Started with slow service but it got better. Food is great but overpriced. I went there for the paella and I highly recommend. They serve San Miguel beer which my Caucasian husband likes and said we will surely go back.

There's no customer service at all, we had to call the waitress to be served although there's no other customer in the restaurant. The food took 53mins and we only ordered 3 things. In addition to that we found a piece of twig when we were packing the food to go. Also, when I mentioned it to the cashier 3 times regarding the condition of the food, he was ignoring me and when I told him the 3rd time he just nodded and smiled(by the way I spoke to him in both english in tagalog, just in case he didn't understand me).

The food is excellent but too bad the service is slow. The restaurant was barely even half full but it was not easy to get service.
