Disappointed. I have visited this Wendy's a number of times. Typically the service and food quality is on par with other Wendy's. I ordered my usual, chili and fries. I had to take the chili back as it was mostly gravy. Turns out my fries were warm rather than hot. I couldn't be bothered to go back to the front counter again.

I ordered a triple burger combo, bacon jr, crispy chicken wrap,frosty yesterday. Got spicy chicken wrap, double burger. So make sure your order right before you leave. My other half was not happy at all and doesn't want to order from here anymore.

Very convenient for a mixed group, some order from Wendy's, some from Tim's Hortons and then sit together, place is well kept, fast service

Threw the drive threw I order the current special asking for extra cheese and extra toppings. Got the burger and it was missing everything extra I asked for, so I went inside. Inside they made me a new burger, and when I went to eat it at home it was still missing the extra cheese, which was dissapointing cause that's what I paid extra for! Other than that it was pretty good

Things to improve:

I think the people that eat there should know that the Managers there don’t care if an Employee is sick they will still make them come there and cause potential risk to other Employees and Customers! Management needs to be fired ! THIS IS NOT Ok having a sick person prepare food !!!!

Perfectly average cheeseburger and hamburger. The spicy chicken was decent. The ambience was nice and refreshing. Loved the scent of cheese in the store.

No butter. I didnt as they dont carry butter and i dont eat plastic this is the first Wendy's that I have been to that Doesn't carry real Butter.

Bad wendys. I've gotten double cheeseburgers with 1 patty I've gotten paper over my cheese in my burger I consistently get lettuce on my burger when I ask for no lettuce tomato or onion I have gotten a frosty and been given 2 straws I have been given 1 burger when I ordered 2 I have been given beef burgers when I ordered chicken

Don't go here unless you want to eat stale meat. By far the worst location. Got idiots working there who think it's completely ok to serve old food that you wouldn't feed your dog. The owner of this franchise needs to take notice of the way food is being served to customers. On 2 occasions I have been served spicy chicken that has been left out dry for hour and should have discarded rather then feeding it to customers. Disgusting food and I will never be coming back to this location.

Bad customer service. Whenever I go through the drive-thru, there is never a 'hello, welcome to Wendy's', I always have to repeat part of my order, and the employees are brusque and lack manners. I filed a complaint and wasn't impressed with how they handled it.

Berry almond chicken salad. I've wanted to go and get this salad that i see advertised on television for awhile now. so after work i stopped in and ordered one. i got home and i was very disappointed. i had a total of 1 strawberry and no blueberries. my husband enjoyed his cobb salad.<br/><br/>to top it off no reciept. this franchise is not following proceedures. thanks lynda davis

Worst Wendy's Service, Bar-none. I've been to a good number of Wendy's restaurants, under 50, but definitely over 30; this is the only Wendy's near my home, so I'm stuck with it if I want some. I've yet to see an order correct; EVEN IF I WARN THEM ABOUT ALLERGIES. I've walked them through the order, all it is is their normal build without cheese. I ask for it, they don't mark it in their system. So I ask them to go to tell the person making it, as it is an allergy concern. It still comes to me wrong. So I send it back, it comes back wrong AGAIN. If you have an option, do not eat here.
