Googled starbucks drive thru and this was recommended I checked the services it offered and it said drive thru only to show up and see no drive thru. Should b more clear. Location is ok. Parking is available and easy accessible

Very rude staff! I had two phone orders to pick up, but when I went to the store after I placed the order ten minutes .they hadn't started making them yet. There were no other customers in the store at that time, so WHEN I arrived and told them I had 2 orders, they started to take their time. I was served by a big woman who was very rude and didn't say she was sorry to keep me waiting. I don't even want to give them a Star! Next time I go back, I'll send her name up
