Review Jolly Mac's Pub - Surrey

This pub is one of our favorite spots. They have great food and the staff are wonderful. Whether you just want to come for a quick nibble or watching sports on the big screen. Jolly Mac has got you covered! Here we have BBQ Chicken Wings, Onion Rings & Garlic Soy Wings. Everyday they have a special and then they have the happy hours. I highly recommend 👍👍

Hadn't been there for 3 years due to the pandemic but was extremely happy to get back. Food was deliciously delightful and filling. Prices are just right. Service was exquisite. If you want a truly enjoyable pub experience then Jolly Mac's is the place to be.

Nice hidden gem! Their wings will never disappoint you! Soft inside, crispy outside - what else can you ask They surely use big wings compared to other restaurants I've been. Staffs are always friendly! Will come back again for sure :)

So fun. Staff are great. Atmosphere great. Good food. Always a fun time. Saw the Riffbusters this past Saturday. Great up and coming band! Hope JMs has them back.

Love this pub!! It has such a nice homey atmosphere, and the waitress Vickie was super nice and gave great service!! They were super short staffed when we went and only 1 cook but they did an awesome job! Food wasn't too slow considering, and the Ceasars we had in the meantime were delicious! We just moved to the area and will definitely be back :)

Went for lunch on Mothers Day. Very busy. The 2 waitresses were running. They made sure we had everything we wanted, excellent staff. Always had a smile . The food is great. Had 3 different kinds of wings. The best wings in Surrey. Be back soon.

If there was a zombie apocalypse outbreak and zombies were coming at us, would still finish our meal. This was absolutely delicious and the staff was awesome as always

The food is usually pretty good and the staff are great, it's the clients that was a major issue. Made to feel like we were back in the 50's and we went to the "wrong" water fountain. Hoping this was just a one off, might try again.

On a Saturday night it is nice and quiet and all but one time the service was great! I’ve had the super hot wings and wet Cajun and they’re plump and delicious. The baked mushroom caps come as a baked dish with garlic bread and if you’re lactose intolerant this isn’t for you-there is so much cheese you’re basically eating it by the spoonfuls (I love cheese so I was in heaven). <br/><br/>I’ve had their breakfast items and it’s pretty good but the eggs were never cooked soft/over easy they are always well or over hard. <br/><br/>But with good drink specials, yummy food and decent prices, it is one of our favourite friendly neighbourhood pubs!

I called to place an order for pick up, I was told "we're too busy". I asked what the difference of me coming in, sitting down and ordering there would be and they didn't have an answer. Not a good way to run a business if you ask me.

I have been here few times and it is always a neutral experience. The food is reasonably priced and tastes great, however the service tends to be lacking at times. It seems they have their regulars who get great service and everyone else is kind of there.

Love this place. Always good food, good times, good drinks and great staff. Super friendly even when they are busy. Great pub to chill at with some friends and catch up. Would definitely recommend this place

Worst service in all of surrey! Unless you are 1 of the 12 locals, forget about getting served.. Even when there's 4 waitresses on staff. HORRIBLE<br/>

I have been here a few times.  The last time,was like two weeks ago and the food was good and the service is what to expect from a pub.  We came for the food not the service.  All around, good

Going Downhill. I used to go to Jolly Mac's at least once every month. The last time my wife and I went, she ordered a Greek Salad and I a steak. The food eventually arrived . Her salad was cool and my steak was cold. The service was nonchalant at best. The waitress said that she would take the steak back to be microwaved. I refused because that process spoils any food that was cooked properly in the first place. Our drinks, dry cider and house beer again were slow in coming. The pub was noisier than usual and the T.V.hum didn't make things more enjoyable. When the bill came, the prices were more than were expected, Clarity of advertising was not in evidence. Overall, our visit was a blah experience. I'll not be rushing back.

Please update website, menu & prices. Good enough for what it is (although sleeves of local beer are not exactly cheap). Menu prices for "specials" are all over the place--online states one price, the actual menu another, and then the server says neither are correct (actual price is of course higher). I understand prices change, but listing things for 1/2 the price they actually cost is ... troubling.

Well its ok. Not fond of the service on the floor. If you are fortunate enough to get a seat at the bar you are lucky. The bartenders are all cool and friendly unlike the staff they send the drinks out with. Rude and dressed like...well surrey. For the most part they have dressed themselves like they are on welfare. That starts with management or ownership. They dont seem to care for anymore than their regular friends who are there. They should be ashamed at how far the standards have fallen.

Its a meh pub. Dont expect much from jolly mac's nut its not horrible either. i spent a few years in small towns along the coast and jolly mac's reminds me of one the pubs id find in those small towns. <br/>-lots of regulars<br/>-very dated decor<br/>-simple pub food.<br/>-ok prices<br/>-every one is friendly<br/><br/>i go here whenever me and the wife go out for lunch and some pool. and its always a good time. play some pool, do some gambling, eat some hot wings and drink some beer what else do you need?. i havent been here on a weekend night so i dont know what its then. but its just right for me on quiet weekday afternoons. the food is regular pub food (burgers, wings appy's, sandwiches). not fancy like what youd find downtown in yuppy social houses and the like.

I went there in the weekend and the cook in the kitchen was eating a sandwich and cooking away man that is bad practice I will never eat there ever again
