Review Sushi Zion - Surrey

Best sushi in Surrey! I order at least twice a week and I am never disappointed. Their salmon, avocado & cream cheese rolls are the best I have had. Highly recommend this place.

Sushi Zion is our go to for sushi take out! Always consistent, good quality and friendly service. We have dined in as well, and that's good too, (although small and a bit lacking in any ambiance if you're looking for something special).

We moved to Fraser Heights 4 years ago and sadly only recently found Sushi Zion. We’ve been missing out! We have ordered takeout approx 5 times in the last few months and every time the food is excellent, fresh and delicious! My husband said it was the best tako sunomono he’s ever had!! The staff is very friendly and food is always hot. A must try if you haven’t 👍😊

This place is amazing, really consistently good sushi, interesting rolls, always fresh. The place itself is cute, clean and has good service.... Definitely a neighborhood gem.

This is the place my husband and I take out of town guests for dinner! They have the best special rolls we’ve tried, and the staff are always very attentive. Love this place!

This little cozy Korean-Japanese restaurant in Fraser Heights is my family's to-go place for Japanese cuisines! they have all sorts of small tapas, creative rolls, lunch bentos, and even Korean dishes!!‍ their dinner bento are honestly my personal top pick! Love the Croquette that comes with it~ and we also tried out the Korean fried chicken that was also amazingly delicious Teriyaki Chicken Bento A - $12.95 Sashimi Bento B - $14.95 Spicy Fried Chicken - $6.95 Spider Roll

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise...it has.both sushi and traditional Korea cuisine. The place was clean and the menu was quite extensive. They brought us a complementary salad which was very tasty. My wife had a spicy pork belly hot stone bowl which was excellent. This place is a little gem hidden in Fraser heights.

Been frequenting this place for about four years, everything on the menu that I have tried has come back amazing. My favourites are the bento boxes, Yukon and BC rolls. Highly recommend

I always visit with friends or husband... amazing food and people there is so nice. Our favourites are spicy tuna, smoked salmon creme cheesse roll, all sashimis, crunch california and my boy likes chiken udon very much!

Food was ok, price is a bit high as compared to other similar establishments.<br/><br/>Again, I wish their staff is trained on how to properly do “customer service”.

Great service and very kind people! They recognize us as regulars and never once came there without being offered something on the house, the food is great, the food is amazing and tastes awesome!!

Used to be our favourite place for sushi since there opening. Ordered today to take out and when came home noticed that portion was much more smaller. If one box was more than enough to eat before now it needs to be doubled. So, after today we will be going back to our previous sushi place. No more 104 sushi. Doesn't worth it!!

Great Sushi, absolutely wonderful service!!!We have always been treated very well and delivery is always quick and food is tasty large rolls and hot. We have even had special treats a few times for no charge to have a little taste tester of other items. Very sweet staff:)<br/>So happy to have this restaurant in our neighborhood and hope that all of our friends and neighbors will big part of supporting 104 Sushi for long term success.  <br/>Oh the Sashimi slices are huge, no other places we have been even come close in size and freshness well worth eating out and our girls love it. Very cool we can actually walk to go out for great dinners together for a little exercise! Small sushi place next to Tim Hortons in Fraser Heights expensive and horrible. Really glad we have 104 Sushi  now to go to.

THIS PLACE DELIVERS TO FRASER HEIGHTS ONLY!! They took my address and my order. Then called me back with horrible costumer service and said "yeeeeeaa it's just too far". They didn't apologize or offer any solution. They just gave up a $40 (tip not included) order. This place gets a shit rating without me even trying the food which I won't ever do now. YOU GUYS ARE TERRIBLE!

Previously thought place was ok until yesterday I noticed one of the Sushi preparers smoking a butt outside.  I watched as he came in and started rolling sushi without first washing his hands. This is a deal breaker for me.

A cozy place located conveniently in Fraser Heights for people in the neighbourhood to enjoy! I typically order rolls from here; they can be on the pricier side, but they're delicious as well as large! I recently got a salmon and negitoro roll along with the French Kiss roll, and the portions were generous. Plenty of fresh fish, plenty of roll!

Nicest servers ever, very attentive of their customers. Great food the rolls are big, best part is that it is like a 1 minute walk away could go everyday if I wanted!

They're under new management now (they are 104 Sushi and Co. ZION now) and their food has improved. The menu is more focused on sushi. There is now a deluxe chirashi don which has a good variety of sashimi, though the regular chirashi already has a good amount. I like how they have both Atlantic and Wild Sockeye salmon. They also serve great aburi or seared sushi albeit not boxed/pressed. (a few weeks ago this was a combo on the menu but now you can only order them individually). Service is friendly and fast.<br/><br/>Unfortunately there isn't Korean fried chicken anymore which was pretty good. They still have bibimbap and a few other Korean stone pot dishes though.

Good amount and price. The amount of food they give you for the price is crazy

...I was craving sushi, and I found one called 104 Sushi & Co. just 3 minutes away. They offer a mix of Japanese and Korean dishes, but mostly Japanese. I ordered the Oyako Don which came with a bowl of miso soup. The Oyako Don was a decent sized bowl, with lots of delicious moist chicken, egg,  onions, sesame and the sauce. It was pretty good. The chicken was very tender, and still had the skin on. The sauce was nice and the rice just right when mixed together.
