This A & W is the best one ever went to. Have lived in Cloverdale over 20 years and their food and customer service is excellent. Have no idea what and where the last two review people are talking about. Dont believe me folks go and check out for yourself. Its always busy for a reason. Bacon and egger..teen burger perhaps?
yummy food. tastes real good and the poutine was yummy
First time eating here and I ordered the Country Breakfast brunch. The potatos especially the skin tasted really good and savory. They were extra crispy and seasoned well. The bacon and sausage were also good and had a maple flavor. Upgraded my meal to have french toast which was also well worth it. Place was very busy and had long wait times on Sunday up to an hour so I'd definitely look out for that.
It was nice to visit Wooden Spoon today.
They have great menu and staffs were very kind.
French press coffee was amazing. My daughter took some great pictures so I wanted to share with you guys. I am more than willing to revisit Wooden Spoon later.
Wooden spoon is located in downtown, White Rock. Its around 45 minutes far from Vancouver and one of the best options for breakfast and brunch.
⏱ Waiting time on weekends is around 45 minutes. I suggest you to book even on weekdays.
🤵♀️ The staff is friendly and try to provide optimum level of service.
❗️Your order is prepared rather fast which is a good feature specially when you’re hungry😁
Food recommendations:
* Definitely order one of the items from “Cast Iron Crushables”. (Served in skillet)
** Order one from the Brunch menu. If you like sausage, go for farmhouse breakfast.
☕️ The Press Coffee is mild and tasty and its worth trying.
Enjoy!👌
Yummy brunch, quality food. Had the sweet and salty which had plenty of crisp bacon on top of French toast with sweet maple syrup. Really was perfectly sweet and salty. Poached eggs were made perfectly. They also have a pineapple mimosa which was yummy but the presentation of the food could have been nicer like a garnish for the mimosa or cleaner cups, those little things.
Set in uptown White Rock across from the Whaling wall this small bistro serves up good food with friendly staff. The food is good but served on a wooden platter( board). This can lead to a messy containment problem which detracts from the overall meal experience.
Overall a fun place to go for a casual meal.
Krista our server was just awesome! She connected very well to us and was very attentive to our needs. She gave suggestions that we all love!! Food was great, sizes were huge and prices are fair! I highly recommend this place….
