Bought their yogurt ice cream quite a few times and all of it is good. You can make your own combinations and it's just weighed and voila! Lots of choices! The staff are very friendly and helpful! Plenty of parking nearby.

I went to this location a few days ago. The frozen yogurt was okay but the gummies were old and very hard. I don't know how often they replenish their toppings but it was gross. The total for 3 cups came to $60 plus but it was not fresh.

This place didn't seem that clean, but still gave it a shot. Paid $12 for a cup of soft-serve ice cream, It tasted so gross I threw it out after trying to force myself to eat it because I spent so much! Such a gross taste after taste in the mouth. Do you even clean your machines? That seriously tasted like I was eating bacteria. Save your mouth the experience of bacteria and go somewhere else!

We were excited to try Menchies, but it didn't live up to the hype. Flavors are off. Dirty and overpriced place! Ripoff!

Ordered frozen yogurt cake here for a birthday. Clean store, helpful staff and they even accommodated our request to get our order an hour earlier before the store opening. Thanks for the wonderful experience! I would recommend this store for their frozen yoghurt cake. They have various selections!

Friendly and helpful service in a clean and pleasing environment. To those who have critiqued Menchie's for being on the pricier side, the choice is up to you in terms of how much you fill the cup as prices are based on weight. I found that my order was comparable to what used to be offered at the now defunct Marble Slab Creamery that was operating at the Grandview Corners side that houses Best Buy and Walmart.

Super dirty (countertops, spoons and handles) and nothing was stocked. 3 people couldn't figure out my change. Don't bother with this one feels gross just walking in here.

About 3 machines were out of order at the Langley location amd not much of a selection. The South surrey location seems to always have a good selection.
