I used to love this place! I hope it opens up again soon. Who doesn’t love a book and a coffee? Being inside indigo was perfect. Small space, but great energy. The staff remembered my order and was always bubbly and kind.
Cozy Starbucks and excellent drinks here. They do not have a lot of spacious seating (tables are quite close together) but they do have many tables. They only have one comfy section with two chairs to sit in. Staff are polite, patient, and great at handcraft drinks.
They consistently make relatively good coffee here. I know sometimes during rush hours some baristas get overwhelmed and start pumping extra sweetner into the cups accidently making it disgustingly sweet but this location hasn't done this to me so far. I really like this Starbucks, inside Indigo Books. This store has a separate entrance, with a nice aroma, short cut, to Indigo. Also has a "Community Bulletin Board". Nice twist, on an old idea, but very useful for some quick local focus. Thanks Starbucks for supporting our Community .....
I travel around the world a lot. While I always try to have an authentic experience everywhere I go, and enjoy the local culture and food. Sometimes it is nice to know you can stop by a local Starbucks and experience cleanliness, decent toilets and filtered water and good Canadian food standards.
Five stars became you always know what you are going to get with Starbucks and it is always good. Small location but physical distancing is in effect. The entrance from Indigo is closed and the washrooms are not for public use. The dining area is closed and there is tape on the floor to mark where to stand. Staff is super friendly and welcoming!
Love this shop because it is right beside my place. So they get my coffee right and I love that their blonde roast is not pour over cuz I hate waiting. 😆 Everyone's great and always in a good mood!
It was a windy fun day,started with a short dark coffee,and ended with a short dark Dora(wife)bought a bed on layaway,and recieved a free $209pillow(the Brick)so all in all a good day:)
