Amazing place serving veggie tofu lettuce wraps with a side sauce... not too sweet not too spicy just about perfect for one's taste buds.

Drinks, food and service were all excellent 👍 definitely coming back :)

Food is decent, but not amazing. Tried to order take out by phone, but was unable to talk to anyone. Went in person and was ignored for around 15min until someone asked if I wanted a table. When I said that I would like to order take out, they called another girl to take my order...another 10min waiting. I know they are busy, particularly around dinner time, but just acknowledging a person standing by the door would be very polite. The portions are smaller than a few months ago.

I was happily eating my Florida Special when I felt something sharp. It was a piece of bamboo skewer they had cut when slicing the sandwich. I brought it to the attention of the staff who dismissed it. Good thing I didn't swallow it. Went to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper. Got the bill and nothing was taken off. No apologies. I won't be returning.

Ordered take-out and didn’t have a very good experience. When I called the first time the young girl on the phone wouldn’t stop laughing when all I said was “I would like to place a take-out order.” When she was able to stop laughing she said “I’ll transfer you” and instead hung up on me. I called back spoke to her again and she transferred me to a young man. Took me over 10 minutes to order a Pub Burger, with a side of gravy, an extra garlic aioli, and salt and pepper wings. The young man was very nice however wasn’t talking into the phone instead talking with someone else. Finally when my boyfriend went into to pick up the food the lady was very rude to him. When we got our order another 10 minutes later we were charged for 2 gravy’s and only given one garlic aioli. Overall was a lot of work and rude staff for just a burger and wings.

I've been to almost every cactus club and browns social house in Canada. This one however is very bar side oriented. Not that it's a bar. But the seating, favors bar side. There are lots of TV,'s and it's a cool slick modern tempo. Although it's located in surrey. Don't fret. It's south surrey. I would recommend this gathering location, to anyone who wants a good meal and a great place to watch the canucks game.

Raw burgers. Take out. Called in to browns and they just had skip the dishes refund me in credits. Sooo now have credits and no dinner. �

Really liked the setting and atmosphere. Our meal was excellent, including the coleslaw - seriously the best coleslaw I've ever had. (Which I don't usually touch because it's always a small handful from a bagged salad mix.) Our service was friendly and upbeat. Will definitely go back.

New in the neighbourhood - My husband and I walked over to the restaurants On 16 th and just picked Browns Socialhouse Semiahmoo randomly It was a great choice Atmosphere is nice , not to loud at the dining areas Food was very good and a bottle of the house Red Is both very reasonable and surprisingly great! Will definitely make this one of our go to restaurants

The service was a bit slow but our server made up for it with a wonderful attitude! Other than that.... wonderful as always ��

Sadly inconsistent. Servers have improved since our last effort but food-wise remains unreliable: superb one day, WTF the next. Can no longer risk bring guests there unless just for a beer. Rudimentary apples also iffy. Sad cuz' I really want to like the place -- it's the perfect location. But we'll take the year off ... again.

Rude server, manager and hostess...would look in the door first before going back in to make sure the nasty trio weren't there!

If I could give this place zero stars I would have. Second time here. First time we were over charged. The young and confused little girl waitress couldn't figure out how to refund us the difference and our second visit we were met with a disgruntled, nasty,and very rude young lady (using that word loosely here). Will never again and will be sure to let our friends know how terrible this place is.

Truly impressed by the service that I receive at this location. I usually don't expect an amazing experience when I dine out at a chain restaurant but the staff at Browns are excellent. I always feel so at home and the staff always take the time to say hi to me when I go in. This has become our usual spot to eat out now. I love the Potato Crusted Halibut. I will continue going back to this location for a long time. Great Job.

Amazing! I never thought i would be "that guy" that is considered a regular. I tried Browns Semiahmoo because its always busy when i drove by. Now i know why. Comfort food is kicked up a notch and presented so well. I have had everything on the menu and its all great. Try the Dragon Bowl or the Dynamite Roll! I find that White Rock really needed a consistent place to go out and dine. Service is always awesome. Everyone knows my name.

Service is Abysmal. Generally the food is good but often the service is shocking.<br/><br/>After waiting over 10 minutes, we actually had to ASK to be noticed and get menus. Another time we waited and waited and waited for the bill, had to ask, then waited another 15 minutes to pay. We could have left without doing so and no one would have noticed!<br/><br/>Smarten up!

7 / 10. Just ok. Found it a little noisy. Majority of food items struck me as "right from the freezer to the deep fryer". Not in hurry to go back.

Love the food!. I was in a few nights ago and just loved the food! I had the tuna club and my girlfriend ordered the kale salad. Both were so delicious! Finally, an upbeat restaurant in white rock with prices that don't gouge the pocket book but still delivers tasty eats. I will definitely be back!

Love this place!!!. We have gone to the Semiahmoo location about 10 times. We absolutely love this place. Their food and drinks are definitely the best priced in the area. About time something decent has come back to this town. Staff is always friendly. Highly recommend

Cocktails lacking. May 30, my girlfriend and I went for dinner and ordered the Orange Cosmopolitan cocktail. It was so disappointing in that the drink came, ungarnished (not even a shaving of orange peel) and the martini glass was not frosted. It looked like plain cranberry juice. Boring.

Horrible service. It was not even busy when we went. Servers were not friendly at all and the had two people helping us and asking us the same things twice. One spilled a drink at our table, told us she'd clean it up, but didn't even come back. Overall seeming like they don't care about their jobs at all. Food was poorly prepared. Calamari was soggy and underseasoned. Tuna melt was over compensated with spice to make up for its lack of other flavours and fresh ingredients. Burger was bland and underseasoned. One of the worst chain restaurant experiences had. Don't come here if you want a good time or good food.

Poor service with average food. We decided to stop in for a few drinks and a light snack. After one drink and nachos the waitresses assumed we did not want anything else and brought us our bill. She did not ask if we would like another drink, a coffee any desert When she brought the bill she said no rush, then showed up up five minutes later with the wireless machine for us to pay. We went home and had a glass of wine and something else to eat. Wouldn't rush back there

I can into the restaurant with my family because it's always busy when I drive by. We had the fish tacos and the blackend chicken burger. It was really good. Place was busy at lunchtime and service was what it should be. Quick but not rushed.

Well Done. Not a big fan of the chain, but this location is noticeably different. I think it is owner operated as you can see a much greater level of care. Great location at 16th and 152 in the old Bread Garden building, and they have put a lot of money into renovations and decorations. (Well appointed and wide-screen tvs on every possible wall.) The net result is this looks and feels like a happening place. We have been there 4 times and encountered nothing but friendly attentive staff. The GM is also very attentive and on top of things. As to the food, they do not have many options for the gluten or dairy free crowd, and their deep fried batter has milk solids in it. But the rest of the menu offers the usual casual dinning variety. It has been open a couple of months now, and it still fills quickly in the evening. Don't even try to get in there after 6 PM on a game day for the Canucks. It looks like it fills by 5:15.

Unprofessional waitresses.... When I go to such restaurants as Browns, Cactus, or Original Joe's, my expectation is uniform food and decent service. I had a young waitress snap at me for no reason just because the restaurant was busy and she was stressed out... I understand how tiring it can be when you work in the customer service industry but that does not justify such attitude. She did come back to the table and apologized later but I don't think we will ever go back there despite the fact that we live 3 minutes away...
