Well, you can't defy the prudent sense of business logic. Two outlets in the same street almost next door to each other have never worked. Now we know why one outlet has closed shop.
Nevertheless, the qualify of food and service have gone downhill and rather disappointing.

I used to always get the sushi bentos from here. It used to be good. However this time the rice was very hard and some grains were even a bit crunchy. The rice wasn’t cooked properly. Couldn’t eat any of the rice. Very disappointing.
Arrived within 20 minutes of ordering, hot and delicious as always. Whenever I’m craving some chicken katsu it’s alwayssss Kokoro I’m after, don’t ever stop doing this hard work, to the whole Kokoro team, you guys are doing great job!!✨
Kinda Chinese, but all like the variety taste of chickens. If you are so into Chinese cuisine, of course, have to try at China town in London. The sweet chilli chicken is ok, but some of the chicken was tough like it was reheated. The noodles are pretty bland.
Polite and efficient staff. Cramped shop but there is outside seating. Spicy chicken is nice. If planning a picnic by the river, buy their gyozas, miso soup and sushi - excellent picnic snacks!
