Review Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Surrey

There's nothing really to say about this place other than it's my favourite restaurant. Great food. Great drinks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic ones. We've been coming here mostly on Father's Day or my birthday pretty much every year and will continue to.

I came here for dinner on a Sunday evening and was seated right away. No wait time. The server was super nice and took her time to explain the gluten free options. Glad to know they have a dedicated fryer for fries, making them safe for celiacs. Burgers are obviously tasty and drinks are good too. I will come back for sure. Thank you guys, you rock!

First time dining in at this location. Greatly impressed. The place is spacious and clean. Even the restroom. Our server was Kaleb. He was awesome. We had the veggie burger and a BBQ chicken burger. They were both super tasty, tender and moist. Beverages came fast. Will return for sure!

We visited this restaurant to have bday lunch. We were seated right away as it wasnt busy during our visit. Our server came and brought us glasses of water while looking at the menu. 5 minutes later Rewat, our server, took our orders and came back and informed us that the cocktail drink I ordered was not available due to one ingredient unavailability. He made sure that if I didnt like the drink he could get me a different one. I had the Sand In Your Shorts® Chambord®, melon liqueur, vodka, peach schnapps, triple sec, orange juice, cranberry juice and sweet and sour. 2 oz. ...omg it was so good ! I think I have my 2nd favorite cocktail drink ! For the burgers we had Whiskey River Bbq and Madlover burger which both were really delicious! The yam fries is to die for although there is a charge for substitution. Remat really took in charge of making my bday luncheon great ! Thank you to the whole team of Red Robin Guildford, Surrey ! Me and my husband enjoyed our experience today at Red Robin Guilford location. Our server Matin 22 was adorable and full of personality plus he is so attentive and knowledgeable. He made sure that we all know the meaning of bottomless on the menu. It's my birthday month and he surprised me with strawberry ice cream with cherry on top . He is a huge asset to your restaurant and deserves much "Kudos". The best dinner and server so far. We will definitely be back soon!

Came here yesterday with my friends and i must say it was fantastic from the service, to the vibe of cool people in the restaurant and last but not least the burger selection 🍔 It was lovely to sit down and enjoy an energy of many like minded people and to feel welcomed. Great food as always! Love the BBQ whiskey river wrap. The service can be a bit slow at times.

Ordered through skipthedishes, got the instruction wrong and included the ingredient I'm allergic to. Would not take responsibility and wouldn't give refund. Horrible, horrible customer service. Staff need customer service training.

Being situated in the updated Guildford Mall property is very good for patronage, it is always busy here. Wait time has been an average of 15-20 minutes when we go here. I am always pleased with the food, service tends to be intermittent. One visit will be 5 stars and amazing and the next visit we’re seated in a corner and forgotten and leave feeling like vagrants (true story). I realize it’s busy here and people get tired but the most amazing service we received here was by an exhausted 17 year old waitress who had been working too long without a break. Take care of your staff and they will take care of your customers.

Love it here! Love red robins for the price of take out You can get real burgers. With real cheese and bottomless sides. You can substitute almost everything and add whatever you want, sometimes for a slight charge but you can’t beat real food versus processed. Some of my favourites are their chicken burgers MMM blackened chicken, Marco Polo, bruschetta chicken to die for!!! Shroom burger so many good ones. The only downside this restaurant is super packed all the time around dinner. So expect long wait times if you come between 5-8 other than that it’s great.

The restaurant itself was busy on the weekend and there was an approximate wait of 10 minutes for a booth. However, this was to be expected because of the newly remodelled Guildford town centre. Besides the wait the food was good and I decided to treat myself to some fudge ice cream cake 🤫.<br/><br/>I have also been to the Langley RR and found the taste of the food to be slightly better at the Guildford location. This is a family type restaurant and you will frequently hear staff singing birthday songs to patrons 🎼🎂.<br/><br/>The prices were slightly higher than similar restaurants. They do however offer bottomless fries if that is your thing and the service was good once seated.<br/><br/>Overall not too shabby!

What do you mean this place is a gourmet burger joint?! I ordered an Original and it came out cold and the bun was stale. The only thing to save my meal were the onion rings. I went with a group of 6 and the consensus was that the food wasn't very good.

Their fried chicken and waffles had such good flavor.. Must try!! The gooey cheese sticks were perfect as usual. I'd rate higher but the service was quite slow.

Used to be my favorite burger & fries restaurant till they changed the prices. Food prices have gone up and they also lowered their food portions too. I ordered the macaroni & cheese with a ceaser salad meal with garlic bread.<br/>The macaroni came in a small bowl, the ceaser salad was okay the garlic bread was on tiny bagettes, slightly burnt. Wasn't happy. Won't be ordering that again.<br/>The soft drink portions where big! Milkshakes are still good. The endless fries are a hit!

It's a chain, but a pretty solid one. I mean, come on, FRECKLED LEMONADE! Lots of fun drinks, interesting appetizers, and good burgers. The service is usually the best part at this location. Always friendly, attentive, and fast!

YAY...it's my birthday!! Yep, I turned the big 2-0 today!! ...will people take me seriously now? Another year, another birthday spent at Red Robin's! I'm not big on elaborate birthday celebrations, so I was perfectly content with celebrating at RR. Red Robin is one of the few restaurants (besides Denny's) that actually gives you a free full sized meal on your birthday! The last time we went my dad absolutely hated it, and vowed never to return. This year he had the Prime Chophouse Burger, which totally changed his mind. He's a fan of Red Robin's now!<br/><br/>We were debating between going to the RR near Lougheed or Guildford (both are pretty far from our house) but in the end we went to the one beside Guildford Mall because my dad wanted to go shopping afterwards! Our server was super nice, he was willing to swap out the raw veggies (in my Banzai Burger) for 2 extra pineapple rings when I told him about my Oral Allergy Syndrome! <br/><br/>  We always take advantage of their bottomless fries, we ordered 3 extra plates of yam and steak fries heheh. We never get full on just one order (who does?!) Their steak fries are pretty decent, but darn, those yam fries are addicting!!

We go here every now and then. The food isn't bad.  The only thing negative is the music seemed to go up in volume the longer we sat.  The server was good and on top of our pop refills

Did lunch here today. The poutine is only available for a limited of time so I decided to give it a try! Red robins steak fries, gravy, cheese and mushrooms, also came with a side of extra gravy just in case! It was a big portion so I'm glad I shared it. <br/>It was a great poutine, however I would ask for extra cheese the next time! The gravy had a good consistency, the mushrooms were sliced in bite sized, the fries weren't soggy! I hope it stays on the menu for a bit longer cuz it's a good hearty meal for sure!

To celebrate my touch football team's second win of our season, since we were in Surrey, we decided to have lunch at Red Robin! Now aside from the downtown location, Red Robin has almost completely disappeared from the Vancouver/Burnaby/Richmond area, so since we were somewhat near one after our game, why not give this place a visit!

There used to be a time back in the 80’s when going out for gourmet burgers meant heading out to Red Robin. Many of the locations have closed over the years (probably due to the competition nowadays). We were starving and passing by the Guildford area so we stopped by for some grub. The decor in here looks exactly like how all of the other locations looked 25 years ago. Maybe it’s the sameness that some people like.

Renovation Badly Needed. Food and service is great but the restaurant itself has a deep unpleasant odour. Smells like they need to replace the carpeting. Many drinks, food and whatever else spilled into it over the last 20 years or so. I'll only go to the Langley & Abbotsford locations because of this.

Good Food. For the most part, good service. But there are times when you're standing to pay at the bar for ten minutes and all the servers pass you and don't ask if you need help. Very rude and very frustrated. But the food is too good not to go back.

Not bad. It tasted like Red Robin.

Don't try the pepper burger it is utter garbage.

I celebrated my bday here today with 14 guest . I was very pleased with the service and how they set up the table 30 minutes earlier than my reservation time - thank you again red Robbin

Probably one of the best burger here at Guildford. Service is one of the best too, I like the bottomless fries. Price is not expensive.

The service at the Guildford location is awesome.<br/>Me and my wife only eat gluten free food and it's very hard to find a restaurant that serves it and that tastes good too.<br/>We ordered gluten free burgers and they were able to substitute the normal bun with a gluten free bun on any of their burgers.<br/>The burgers tasted way better than a normal burger. Very pleased with there ability/option to substitute normal bun with a gluten free bun.<br/>Keep it up Red Robin :)

Good For Wife Dinners. Not entertaining. Price is OK get unlimited top up menu for wife occasion or quick bite, wouldn't bring a date or sexy woman that is putting out honestly

I like going here on there slow days, if you go when it's busy be prepared to wait. Food is good and service is good most of the time.

Great atmosphere. I always love the atmosphere at this Red Robin, and their service is always good. their food is always consistent as well, and i love going with friends for a night out

Best burgers and fries in Surrey. This is a place to go for burgers and fries! For about 10 you can have all you can eat fries and a giant juicy burger! what more to ask for? :) I've been back many times and the service there is awesome! Great value too as I always get full from the bottomless fries and just pack up the burger. This is not your average thin Mcdonalds burger which is almost the price of RR if you get a meal!!

I had waited a good 30 mins to get served. Food was good but I would never come back to this red robins.

The burger was definitely boring and below average, it was like it had fallen asleep two hours ago. A whole buncha kiddies were making noise. The waitress nothing to look at (all the good ones taken by Joeys and Cactus Club I guess). Only good if you wanna bring your wife coz she insists on going out.

The best food I have ever tasted, definite yes if you are looking for a limitless choice in the menu!!!

Yes I would definitely recommend dining here. It's a fun, casual place to dine and the food is pretty consistent for the most part. I love dropping by here before/after watching a movie or after a long day of shopping at Guildford mall. This place definitely hits the spot when I crave a good burger! And another thing I love to do here is to customize my burger. One of my favorite burgers to eat here is the banzai burger which comes with grilled pineapple. But to take it to the next level, I like to add their fried onion straws....let me tell you, this kicks it up a notch in terms of flavor and texture! So come on by to Red Robins for some killer burgers, tasty drinks and a non-pretentious atmosphere.

This is new on the menu, Chicken and Mushroom Linguine $14. This came out HUGE. I thought it would be the size of the mac and cheese. It obviously isn't. I was already still full so I only ate half. It was a little bland and sort of tasted like mushroom soup and pasta, something I could make at home in 10 minutes but its all goood, comfort food is always the way to go.

I used to go to the Red Robin in Guildford a lot when I was still in high school and university. But haven't been back since I started exploring more. However, I still think this is a pretty good place to get a decent burger. I went with my family for dinner here on Friday. One thing it has going for them is that it is very kid friendly, so we can bring our 2-year old nephew here and not have to worry. It's quite loud in there, and they also provide kids with crayons and stuff to colour. They also have a kids menu. To start we had the Calamari and the Dry Ribs. The calamari was nice and crisp and had a nice texture. Tender but still with a bite to it. The Dry Ribs were quite dry, but some of them were also quite meaty. They were for the most part crisp. They came with a sweet thai chili sauce. For our mains most of us got burgers, and they were pretty good. I ordered the new Prime Chophouse burger.
