Every time I visit the Browns with my husband, we have the best experience. The atmosphere is energetic, the food is delicious and fresh with lots of variety. The hospitality is always top notch and our servers always find a way to exceed our expectations and connect with us personally. Our server was charming and professional, and made sure we had a fun night. All the staff worked as a team to make sure our visit was perfect. It’s our favorite place to dine out. I’d recommend for sure.

I go pretty regularly for work lunch on Fridays. Definitely good enough to keep going back. Service is the deciding factor as they're always accommodating and on the ball. Food is good, had the spicy crispy chicken sandwich which is always good. Recommend subbing the regular fries for anything else as the regular fries are always under done and soggy, but the Yam fries are always good.

Pretty chill brunch was had.
Food was pretty good and great service. They didnt quite have chicken waffles but were accommodating and got us some chicken strips and waffles.
Absolute favorite though was the fried cauliflower. Very light tasting and makes for a nice starter.
We also had the prosciutto eggs benny and corned beef hash.
Overall pretty good.

The wings were good but I there on a Tuesday at 2pm (not busy) and ordered wings and cowboy salad I never got the salad and when it was time to leave I never got the bill. Wings good. Service..not good. Me hours later into my day still wondering what a cowboy salad taste like🥺

Came here for a family dinner, the service was really good and the food was tasty. I asked them to make the butter chicken spicy and they did not disappoint !

I came here for lunch with some friends on a weekday and felt service could have been better. They seated us at the high table and the chairs are just awful. You keep sliding off of them and even though the place was only 30% full they decided to seat all the guests together. So the table behind kept elbowing and hitting us with their chairs when they got in and out. Even the servers had trouble walking in and out, so they ended up just passing the food to us from behind and we had to reach over. The food itself was okay, I had the fish and chips but I did feel a bit sick afterwards so not sure what happened there. Overall, just an average experience. Not the best but not terrible either.

I'll have to say what a wonderful place to hang out with friends. Out of all the places I have been too this place is the best. Great service and excellent food and drinks especially the blue lemonade, delicious beverage. Also thanks to our great waitress we had, sorry if I got the name wrong. I think it was Saba. Thank you.

Disappointed after our visit to Browns Socialhouse after a long time today for dinner. Why? Because when this chain first opened Bellini's were originally priced at $5. Now they are $7.5 with no happy hour/day specials. I ordered the Avocado Toast off the appetizer menu which is $9.95 along with Thai chicken soup. Not sure if its just my expectations, a mistake or the actual menu but I was only given 1 piece of toast. I basically paid $10 for 1 piece of toast which must cost .25 along with avocado which must cost $1.97. Not impressed with price increases as the Bellini at Cactus during happy hour is $5 and the over priced food at the restaurant.

The price for their Bellini has gone up 50%... used to be 5 now it's 7.5 compared to Milestones 5.99 and 4 during happy hours. No crackers for soup. That's what you call prompt service, I meant prompt answer when you ask for crackers to go with the soup. Biltmore pizza was ok and crispy calamari was not as crispy as I expected it to be, a bit soggy after a few minutes. Not satisfied... 60 bucks for 2 people is kinda expensive plus tip. Hmmmm won't be back, better go to Milestones.

The worst service I have ever received. Took 15 mins to get our drinks over 45 mins for food and when we got the food every single order was wrong! We asked for the salsa and sour cream on the side instead of on top of the nachos, they put everything that comes on the nachos on the side... Got a burger that was supposed to have an onion ring in it, literally only got the chicken breast and some sauce. They seem to be way understaffed and the staff seems to be still learning. The cooks in the back I have no clue what they are doing but it's definitely not a their job. Will not return!

Went out Christmas eve to celebrate my grandmother's 89th birthday and we had an amazing experience. First we realized the table we had initially been placed at wasn't going to work for our group and so they moved us so quickly to a lower table that my grandma could sit in easily. Our waitress was super friendly despite having to be at work instead of with friends or family for Christmas eve. We had a small mishap where our nachos accidentally sat too long on the warmer causing them to dry out but the manager promptly fixed it for us. Our whole group enjoyed the food and had a great experience!

Really disappointed, ordered the pad Thai with shrimp and chicken but there was no chicken. Pointed it out to the waitress and I said it wasn't a big deal all she said was "are you sure?" Never offered up a new one and then still brought me the bill for the full amount even though a huge component of the dish was missing. Really bad customer service . Won't go back

First-time eating there yesterday afternoon with my hubby and the place was so packed. We only waited for 10 mins to get a table. Our server is so awesome and always checking and asking if we need more things *very nice and not annoying way*. Service and food are excellent. Will go back again

Food was Excellent...it was not very busy as it was a Tuesday evening so I'm not sure about service on a regular but it was quick and accommodating....the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was our waitress was not very friendly, yes she did her job and made sure we had what we needed but she was not very welcoming which is important working as a waitress to make your customers feel comfortable.....
