Review Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria - Surrey

Just wanted to say we had the nicest waitress I think we’ve ever had the other night. Hannah you are a gem and we appreciated how awesome you were with us. Everything tasted great, and like I said service was amazing!! Loved the eco friendly Togo containers!!

The waiter Kenny is an excellent person. Fantastic customer service. I celebrated my birthday, and he was an absolute joy. The food is delicious. We had the chicken wings twice. Pizza is definitely tastier than your Little Caesars. Meatballs are surprisingly quite delicious. They have ice cream here, but the options are limited. I like the place a lot. I would come here again.

Whenever we crave Italian Style Pizza, this is one of our go-to places. Pizzas are awesome especially their Margherita and Sicilian. I love that they also have my favourite Peach Margarita. They also have the best Gelatos and Salted Caramel is my fave.Place is awesome and bar-like, their service is great and washrooms are clean too. A great choice after a quick shopping at Guildford Mall. We will definitely be back

Visit this place with my friends last night. Food is good and drinks as well. One of my fav place in surrey. Staff is super friendly and great service.

Ordered last night and my pizza was totally burnt. Going to garbage now. Wastage of money. Never ordering again. And mushroom made me sick. It seems they used expired ingredients.

First couple experiences were good. Did take out and they forgot all the meat on the pizza (I paid extra for). I called and they said they will give me a credit. Just went in today. Gave them another try today Ordered my same order. Paid extra for all the toppings, they forgot 3 out of 5 toppings, and the other 2 toppings were almost non existent on the pizza. I might as well have ordered a regular cheese pizza. The store was DEAD. 1 other table. The food took a very long time. Service was slow and painful. They don't seem to care about business or the customer. I definitely will not be going back. Waitress called the manager. Nobody really cared. No real resolutions except to wait another 30 mins for another pizza. Expensive, time consuming and bad service.

Great food and service. We had a medium pizza with meatballs on the side and were impressed. Pizza made fresh to order and was really good. Great crust and not overly greasy. Our server was a very friendly and pleasant young man.

Stopped by with my fiance the other day and had an okay experience. Ordered tea but the water wasn't hot enough, so I asked for a new tea. Was brought just got water, no tea bag. The margherita pizza was quite plain but the tomato brisque soup was fantastic. Server was very polite the entire time. Totally willing to try again as the place looks amazing, in hopes that the food is better. Might try some drinks next time.

Celebrated my sister's birthday there. Great lunch menu, pizza and salad was delicious. Server was polite and prompt. Got a complimentary dessert as well. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend �

I just watched a busy dinner rush where the GM and the Owner were both in the kitchen pumping out food. They accommodated our allergy superbly - the food was phenominal. We come here once every few months and have never had a bad experience. Our server Diana was also fantastic. Well done!!

The service was top notch! Even with our waitress Grace training a new employee. I was very impressed and it takes a lot to impress me. Our meal was impeccable, beautiful fresh salad and the pizza was out of this world! Best I've had in the lower mainland. Thanks!

Great pizza and a good atmosphere to hang out with friends. One of the best Caesar salads I've had! Sandwiches are good too. I recommend the Wiseguy sandwich or Siciliana pizza. With a glass of wine of course. ;)

This place never disappoints! We love comes my here. Staff is friendly and the pizza bar is fun to sit at. Little ones love to watch the dough tossing! Love that the kids get dough to play with while they wait for their food. Try the Cavoletti, you won't regret it!

Server, I forgot her name, was really friendly and recommended the chicken linguini which was delicious! One star off for the flatbread, it was a bit too garlicy for me and too plain. Overall, the atmosphere and service was awesome! �

The staff are great. I do find that the food is better at the Morgan Creek property.

Tim was an awesome server!!!! I really appreciated his enthusiasm and helpfulness, and he made my friend’s birthday celebration very enjoyable. 10/10!

Went for late lunch today with my 3 year old and wife. Ordered wings as an appetizer, kids pizza, full adult pizza and a few non-alcoholic drinks. Service and food was absolutely amazing. Atmosphere / ambiance was great. Wings as good if not better than ones I've had at any pub, pizza was killer. Thanks guys. Please keep it up.

I came with some friends we had some tasty drinks on the patio the server told as all about the pizza and it was very tasty.

Great experience. Our host Tim was very outgoing and energetic and made our experience memorable. The pizzas are delicious to eat in a nice relaxed environment. Convenient location beside the mall. but thankfully does not have the same hours at the mall

The margarita pizza w/ vegan cheeze is my go to!
