Food was superb, and the service was excellent. Galini is the best restaurant in Langley And Surrey.

Galini is the best Greek restaurant in Langley and Surrey. The food is delicious I love this place (lobster tail & prime rib Greek platter) was tasty and well prepared. The hors d'oeuvres (crab stuffed mushroom caps) were quite good and the Caesar salad greens tasted fresh and crisp. The prices are quite reasonable especially by today's standards. All in all, a very enjoyable dining experience. Excellent !!!!!!
I've have dined at Galini many times, the food has always been amazing! We are surprised that sometimes people have given them a negative review, but we say congrats and continue the consistent quality!!!
Very popular Greek restaurant. Almost always jam packed even for a large multi-level restaurant. Expect a wait but a nice place to dine on border of Surrey + Langley. Food is good. Entree comes with starter salad and soup (not vegetarian).
Really great restaurant! Very nice atmosphere the decor is beautiful. The menu is fantastic. The souvlaki; excellent, prawn rose; delicious pasta and the chicken pacific was so good! ! For dessert...EKMEK!!! Best thing ever. Try it!

Best Peach Belinis EVER are here. Same with the calamari!! We keep going here and are never ever disappointed with the food. It's WONDERFUL!!!
Great atmosphere, excellent flavours!. I stopped by here with family for a quick dinner. It's surprisingly spacious inside. We were immediately impressed with the atmosphere.
Service was fantastic. Wait staff were on the ball with orders and refills. We beat the dinner rush, and as the restaurant began to fill up we didn't notice and break or delay in the attention we were given, start to finish!
Foods offered are fairly traditional Greek faire. All of the usual flavours are there. The potatoes were particularly delicious. Just the right amount of savoury seasoning to balance the tzatziki.
We'll definitely be returning for more.

Forever My Favorite Greek Restaurant. I've been to Galani's countless times over the past 5 years. My boyfriend used to work as a prep chef at this restaurant so he knows many of the secrets :) His parents are friends with the owners so that definitely bumps up the exceptional service we receive. I've tried about half the menu and my favorites are the chicken souvlaki meal, calamari, spanokopita, roast lamb and paidakia. The chicken souvlaki meal is perfection, calamari is THE best, spanokopita is tasty, roast lamb falls apart and is divine, paidakia is soft and mouth watering. The prices are higher than a few years ago but the food is worth it. The owners and their family run the restaurant so well and the waitresses are trained to provide the best service. Why would you go anywhere else for greek food?
First time here, definitely not the last. Had baklava for dessert to try, again a first, really good, but far too sweet for my taste.
I'll be back again.
Great place with an excellent atmosphere. The Chicken Skaras, artichoke dip, rack of lamb & pesto penne pasta are delicious! Also, ask for George! She's great :)
Really enjoyable !. I used to live in Langley 12 years ago and this restaurant has changed multiple times. Now a Greek Restaurant, it still has a good layout with low lighting and even when practially full, you can still hear your own table talking. Service is fast & friendly. I've had the Souvlaki and Moussaka so far and both had good portions, savory tastes with lots of flavorful herbs and spices - I really dislike bland food. My gf's and I meet in Langley ever cpl months to keep in touch and though we've tried about 6 Langley restaurants now, this is our new favorite !

Great Place :). Family owned place. you can tell they take pride in it. wonderfully attentive service. consistently good food, and i love the big portions!!! :) i've had the lamb, the moussaka....everything is good.....! make reservations cuz they're always busy.
Best Greek Food!!. My boyfriend and I come here all the time. We won't go anywhere else because it is just too damn good! Beautiful restaurant as well!!! Last night we ordered take out and once again we were not disappointed! Huge portions and amazing amazing amazing! It's just so tasty and there hasn't ever been even a part of the dish that we thought, maybe that could of been better..... Because you can't get better then this place!!! Mmmm :)
You have to try these. Been here a few times and loved it! I highly reccomend the paidakia and saganaki! you are missing out if you have not tried these dishes, and thats the truth.
Best Greek Restaurant. My bf and 2 other friends tried Galini's and it was fantastic. Our waitress was great! Very attentive. We all had appies and a main course, didn't realize it also came with soup so we were full before the mains arrived. Calamari is the best I have ever had and the lamb dinner was delicious. My friend had the prime rib - it looked awesome. Will be back for sure!!!

OPA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Um....surprisingly delicious. I've had bad experiences with Greek food before and galinis is by far the best Greek cuisine I've had yet. Ordered the schnitzel with extra roasted potatoes. My gosh.....the flavors were amazing. The rice.....so creamy, and perfectly seasoned. Atmosphere was great. Service was impeccable. I was so pleased. Everything was reasonably priced and they have a great Wine selection. Id go here again and again.! No wonder my friends have been raving about this place. You've won my heart galinis! Oh, you have to try the red wine reduction gravy with your cordon bleu your tsaziki (no idea how to spell that] hah. i don't know what else to say about Galinis i had such a positive time there and my meal was perfect. i had to take quite a bit home because the portions are giganto. i wish there were a Galinis in the Okanagan!! ahh..so yummy. greek was never my go to food, but if you ask me again today, id probably do it alll over again! hah, happy eating.

I took my wife for a Saturday night date at Galini. As soon as we walked in the decor stood out, it's amazing. The hostess was friendly and had our table reserved for us. Luckily my wife called ahead because at the time there was an hour wait. The food was tasty, full of flavor I had a 12 oz strip loin steak (cooked perfectly) and my wife had the Greek spinach pastry. I love their wine selection because the semolie has highlighted recommendations on the list. Our service was excellent and in the end she recommended the home made Greek dessert. I really recommend this restaurant but don't forget to make a reservation.

Excellent!!. Me and my boyfriend eat here a lot, it is one of our favourite places. We always start with the Spinach Dip or Calamari. Service is always friendly and the restaurant itself has a great decor. Highly recommend Galini for a great dinner or even just having drinks with the girls.
Good food and usually good service. Can get a little slow if busy but I overlook that as it is a great place overall.

Great first time. Just came back from Galini and I was very impressed. The Roast Lamb was good and paired well with the red wine that they recommended.
I absolutely loved the Roast Lamb, and the rice, potatoes, and vegetables tasted great and were perfectly cooked.
Also had the Caramel Banana Cheesecake Xango and that tasted great.
Only been there once but the food was great, and it had an awsome atmosphere. The ownercwad making the rounds to each table ( which does not happen that much anymore so it was a nice touch!) all in all I really enjoyed it!
I had a really great time here. Great food and great service, and pretty good decor for Surrey.
