Review Prima Pizza - Summerland

I grew up in Summerland and visited today from Vancouver, was pleasantly surprised to see Prima pizza still open so many years later, and the pizza tasted just like I remember! Cheesy, delicious fresh tomato sauce, lots of pepperoni on the ‘double pepperoni’ we ordered. Best pizza in sland. Can’t wait to come back and have the other menu items!

Pizza was ok. Not bad but not amazing. The double pepperoni didn't seem to have much pepperoni. The service was great. The wait time was average. The place was very cramped and insanely hot. I felt bad for the employees that had to work in that heat all day long. Next time I'm in Summerland I'll try the other pizza place instead since this place was nothing special.

Usually a very good spot to get chicken in town. However, today when I ordered chicken and wedges I also ordered gravy, definitely makes the best side for the wedges. When the food got here I noticed there was no gravy. When I called back I was told “it’s ok we didn’t have it on the order so you weren’t charged for it”. I explained that I still wanted the gravy only to be told they were all out. I understand that people make mistakes, and that gravy is not a “main” item in the order, however, I’ve come to expect a bit more in the way of ownership and solutions from businesses when a client is clearly displeased. Disappointing to say the least.

Local, the best cheesy pizza and insanely amazing chicken and potato wedges! They’re perfect! We’ve used take out and delivery and they’re fabulous!
