Review Pizza Hut Valley East - Sudbury

Went to the new express takeout pizza hut in the valley. I had a great experience. Excellent customer service. Very fast turn around time. This isn't the same pizza hut as the dine in and it is definitely worth a try again.

Samuel took my order when I ordered delivery at the Hanmer location. He was so polite and had a very friendly voice. The drivers are always great as well. Great customer service!

Ordered over phone @ 330 for 5:15 pickup. Pizza was 25 min late. Orders were wrong. Cheese was overcooked and missing on a majority of the pizza. Pizza were overly oily. Will not order here again. Probably the worst pizza hut we have ever had...ever.

Pizzas were very good. Had a longer wait than usual but was given a free pizza on my next visit!

I normally don't give bad reviews based on one experience. And when it comes to this particular Pizza Hut location, I've had now multiple bad experiences. There definitely needs to be new management of this location. I love Pizza Hut products, however the customer service at this particular location is horrendous. I'm not exaggerating but every single time I go into this location you are pretty much responsible for getting up and going to the counter if you need refills, napkins, Etc. I was told 20 minutes for my order I got it in just under an hour. Completely unacceptable. I have given this location multiple chances to redeem themselves, and every time they have failed. I will not be returning.

Terrible customer service, the pizza I received was the wrong order which i didn't realize until I made it home. The pizza that i received wasn't even cut properly, employee put the phone down after asking what my order was and telling him they had given me the wrong pizza. Waited almost 10 minutes so I called back and Was offered a credit, after I said ok the phone was hung up. Probably won't be ordering from here again other than to get my credit.

This Pizza Hut location has stepped up. Great service and great Pizza & boneless wings. I've ordered here a few times in the last few months or so and have been nothing but impressed from getting the food delivered faster than what was quoted online to the food being excellent. I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut!!!! Their coupons are also Great!!!

Went in on a Wednesday to enjoy a pizza. The place was empty other than three women. We were told that they could not serve us for over an hour due to too many orders. Said we would sit and enjoy a glass of wine while we wait to be served. No one came to take our drink order. I have never experienced a restaurant refusing to take our order. Will not return.
