Great service, my only complaint, and this goes for literally every Tim Hortons in Subdury, is that you have to ask for a sleeve. If you pick the cup up and hand it to the customer and its almost burning your hand, it should be a given to put a sleeve on it.

I went in with a guest today. One till was busy and they opened up a second immediately. Good chatter with the cashier. Drive-thru was very busy.
Love getting my coffee here, always made perfect. Drive thru is always busy but is always fast. Worth the lineup.
When you order an item off the menu and they tell you they are out, no problem. However if the next 4 substitutes I choose instead are also unavailable, then someone dropped the ball.
Too many people in drive thru ordering large amounts of food, go inside if you are ordering more then one food item, everyone else in drive thru dosent have the 20 minutes to wait for your food to be ready
Drive thru is extremely slow, the only people working are teenagers or 60+ which are both more interested in chatting than getting your order correct and finished in a reasonable time. Staff should spend less time talking to eachother and more time listening to customers and making your coffee order
The go-to for local coffee shops. The weekday staff is strong, but weekend biz can be sluggish much of the time. Still, it's always a good product. They stick to their high standards.
Always fast and smooth even at the busiest time. Keep up the good work!
