They don't know what they're doing, "forget" bacon all the time, seems more like cutting corners on clients for an extra 15 cents in their pocket. It's either that or they are incompotent. They are not friendly here either. It used to be better before...

Usually good service but they sometimes screw up orders and when given the opertunity to give wrong orders to homeless they refuse and just throw it out in the garbage. The manager was pretty ignorant with us, but it is store policy to throw out food. It was just the manner they talked to us, Karen

3rd morning ive been here and they never had any bake goods done, bacon and said they also had a 10 min wait on coffee. I've always whent to this tims but service has whent down hill most likely won't be going back now.

Great place great staff only reason I don’t give it a 5 is because they are never open at 5 I’m waiting and 2 minutes later still not open I work at 5 am so I don’t mind waiting and been late just please make sure your staff opens on time

3rd or 4th time I go through & my iced coffee tastes wrong. Am I being given cold brew instead? They taste drastically different. I’m missing the strong coffee taste.

This place ain't bad. They are very hit and miss with products. Got a coffee here at 430 am drove down the road and drive right back. Got a second one it was also wrong. Took it to another Tim Hortons to get it made properly. I got an ice cap tonight and it was perfect. So it's like 50/50 here.

I stop at this Tim's almost every morning, on my way to work....I actually only take this way to work, because I prefer this location, to the one on Lasalle.
