Owner is amazing. She works with her staff in restaurant. Everything we have always gotten has been done to dq perfection and staff was always delightful. But a great owner has great staff. Im a buster bar fanatic!!!!

I haven't been to DQ in over a decade. I can't believe how small the portion of ice cream is now tho! but that's a corporate thing, not the fault of this location.

Been there on multiple occasions in the last few months and they give little to no filling in the blizzards.
Went in to complain, they made a new blizzard with even less filling.
Do not recommend this Dairy Queen!

I personally prefer the SKOR blizzard and this particular location has never been cheap with what they put in, making it one of my favourite DQ locations.
Note: I give it 4 as I reaerve 5 star for the most exceptional experiences.

Their blizzards are so good. Comparing to the one in Chelmsford, they are way ahead in flavor. Not sure how come but the difference is very noticeable.

I ordered a 6 piece chicken bites and a peanut buster parfait. If you order the chicken bites, I suggest asking for them double microwaved as 4/6 were cold. The parfait was excellent as usual though.

WTH DQ? I ordered a Guardians awesome mix. Size medium. And the awesome mixed only mixed a 3rd of the top.
Last time I went there it mixed all the way through. Each satisfying bite after another.
Then this time I had 4 bites and I was left with a cup of vanilla ice cream.
Dissapointed.

So sad that you order a large ice cream cone and only the cone gets bigger the ice cream is the same small ice cream you should be ashamed stealing money like that at least when i am in Chelmsford the large fills the whole large cone if love to post s picture of what i got....

for over 15 yrs now have been ordering a customized Peanut Buster Parfait. I am sure staff will remember my order LOL...in fact, you should add it to your menu so they don't get it wrong..as they do often at times.
so its a parfait w added Peanut Butter (so layered fudge AND peanut butter sauce), no peanuts replaced with crushed Reese Peanut Butter cups layered up thru it..mmmmmmmmmmmm it is incredible..have never gone back to old version since I tried this one from a friends suggestion many many yrs ago.
You should add it to your main menu and call it Reese's parfait :)

My wife and I just went with our kids for a treat. So disappointed. We don't go very often. I ordered the apple tart hot treat. It looked nothing like the advertising. It appeared to be a 2x2 square pop tart covered in ice cream. My wife ordered the confetti blizzard in a waffle cone. She received about 2-3 tablespoons of ice cream and about 1 tablespoon of it was leaking on the outside of the cone into the plastic holder. When she began to eat it, the waffle was stale.
Also the young woman who served us at the window practically threw the items in my wife's hands barely even glancing her way.
So disappointed. We went on June 29th around 9:20pm.

We ordered two identical blizzards. Reeses Peanut Butter Cup with Hot Fudge. One blizzard was fuller than the other. One had more hot fudge than the other. At the bottom of both our blizzards had no cups or hot fudge. I think only once have we both been completely satisified with our blizzards...and that was 4 or 5 years ago. We could go and buy Ben and Jerrys for the same price and be guaraneed quailty product 100% of the time!!

I would be a shame if I was dairy queen, your brownie sundae is pitiful ,,,I did not enjoy it one bit ,,,,I think I will stick to cosco ice cream cause you get what you pay for and it is better than this cap I was eating,,, ,one lost customer for life
