Review Tim Hortons - Sudbury

This place makes good coffee and food. It never used to be so good. I see all the negativity in reviews on here, give it another try you won’t be disappointed.

When placing the order, she was not understand what I wanted. A large black coffee with 1/3 hot water. She didn't understand it, I know the difference between a regular and 1/3 hot water coffee. It wasn't 1/3 hot water. Was very disappointed.

Terriblely slow drive thru, ordered a simple wrap with a chocolate milk took 10 mins for me to get to the window and by the time i got my wrap it was cold,

The night staff regularly closes the store fronnt 15-20 minutes early. The whole lot of them are lazy, rude, and incompetent.

Closing is at 10 pm but they close the grill at before 7:30 pm that's very disappointing management from you. Can you tell me what's the reason. Is that your policy to close early if so then show me please.

Half the people working look like they haven't had training takes 45 mins just to get a coffee after already ordering it really need to clean up the place and staff more and train people properly

A real mess getting into the parking lot, people seem to think it's OK to block other lanes while they try to get into a 10car line up. But my main beef is that supposedly, due to covid and because the chairs and tables have been removed, washroom facilities are not being provided. You are told that all the tim Hortons are like that but that is false. The indigent population is the real reason the washrooms are not available. So rather than being vigilant and allowing just customers to use the faculties, everyone is denied. When I have been working for hours, I WANT TO WASH MY HANDS BEFORE STUFFING TIMBITS IN MY MOUTH. My disenchantment with tim Hortons is almost complete...

I order cold beverages and i was waiting for my order to get ready meanwhile i saw couple of roaches near by the sink. I told to young lady about it but she ignored. Please avoid such type of food restaurant it will affect your health.
