Review Kfc - Sudbury

Placed an online order, received the order after 1.30 hours when they guaranteed to deliver in 40 minutes. They charge $5 for delivery and deliver after 1.30. My both drinks are missing, 6 set of cookies are missing. Trying to contact the store more than 10 times on their website mentioned number but they don’t even care about picking the call. Pathetic service

I don’t eat meat often but special occasions often result in different food choices. I remember KFC from those crispy tasty finger licking good days over a decade ago. Unfortunately it wasn’t up to the standard of my expectation. Perhaps the recipe changed and crispy isn’t in these days. Good reason to wait another decade to see if it returns to it’s original recipe and preparation…

The WORST poutine in my life 🤢🤢 cold gravy and soggy fries. I haven't tried the chicken but I think we'll stop at Wendy's in Espanola... For $33 (poutine and 10 pieces NOT IMPRESSED 😠😠

The chicken was fresh but somehow cold. The pop machine was out of calibration with carbon. Language barriers and lack of knowledge for there Manu from the front counter worker. Parking was terrible at this location for a half ton truck

Always, Always All the time excuse, No delivery driver want to accept order here , Always wait time more 30 minutes for delivery driver, one new manager i donot the name , he donot know how to talk with delivery man and how to make order on time , didnot seen him today but he always give worst service , one of girl is waiting here from 15 minutes , still they are saying here to wait 18 minutes because they are cooking chicken just not only delivery driver , same issues with customers , i donot have a option for zero star as they donot deserve even one star

We haven't ordered from KFC for quite some time because the last time we had a terrible dinner and waited for hours. We decided to give them another chance, but I'm sorry to say that once again we were dissatisfied with the food and the delivery service. It took over 2 hrs to receive the delivery and when I called the store nobody answered. I called the 1-800 number and asked where my order was but they have no idea where or what happened to it and all they can do is try to contact the store and of course with the same result I had. My complaint was taken and I continued to wait. After 2 hrs I called the number on my receipt because you have to pay for the order before it's received, thank goodness for them because I'm sure that alot of people would just cancel there orders. Once again I am explaining that I have been trying to get information on my order because it has been 2 hrs, she explains that the store must be busy and would I like to cancel my order. It's only going to be 3 to 5 days for my money to go back into my account and of course I say no to this so I continued to wait. I finally got my order and was totally disappointed with the food. The chicken was dry and the pieces were so small that there was hardly any meat. The fries were cold and not crispy at all 😜 I received a email from KFC apologizing for the poor service. They also gave me a free popcorn chicken!! Seriously!! I would have to pay the taxes and delivery fee for the small popcorn chicken. I was so insulted by this attempt to rectify such poor service. I will never be ordering from KFC again.

Worse kfc I’ve ever had…waited more than an hour for my delivery to arrive. I tried calling the store almost 15 times, nobody answered it. When I got my delivery, the chicken and fries both were soggy and there was a very weird smell coming from the food. Couldn’t eat any of the food because of the smell. I can’t describe the smell, but it was somewhat like the smell from the used oil that’s been used for months. It was a awful experience. I am never ever ordering food from this store again. They don’t even deserve 1 star, this is disgusting. They shouldn’t play with peoples health like this.
