Long wait for only fries and drinks, the garbage was overflowing out of the garbage cans. They must be understaffed
I was there Sunday for breakfast with my friend...(what happened with the cleaning part) the muffin case was dirty with a wrapper inside a small piece of muffin on the bottom, finger prints everywhere,dirty counter, floors were greasy looking...what a shame nobody cares...
Ordered a Big Mac and coffee to head home. Food must have been sitting g for awhile as it was cold and coffee was weak. It is usually good but not today. If it’s not busy, check food for temp before leaving
The Regent street McDonald’s is the most disappointing fast food chain that I ever had to deal with!! The drive through put me on hold twice while the other line that came after me went threw then couldn’t even understand what I wanted and continued to get the information wrong! So after wasting 10m
I only eat breakfast sandwiches there because their burgers aren't made from real meat since they can sit on the counter for a month at a time and no mold occurs, and besides that they never seem to be able to get an order correct doesn't matter which location you go to!!!!?
Honestly do not know why I get food at McDonald's, it's just not great food.
Grace is the worst McDonald's employee I have ever seen. Talk about rude, inconsiderate and discrimination. The head office will be hearing from me. Pathetic.
Visited this store and ordered a big mac meal. The big mac was left on the counter tray for 3 minutes before the server realized that there were no fries in the bin. She went to the back room which took a few more minutes and then let me know that the fries would be ready in another 3 to 4 minutes
