Review Subway - Sudbury

Poorly made burgers! Arrogant staff, the service lady TANU doesn’t know how to talk with the Customer thought she informed us that she is working since 15 years! When we went for complaining about the sandwiches!

My wife ordered a 6incher, ham. Well actually first let's step back to when we stepped up to the front. Simply put we were ignored. A guy in the back sat at a table playing with meat. Probably not the most sanitary place to that. At the time I thought he was the only working and just didn't see us. We stood there for a good 2 - 3 minutes and then a wild sandwich artist appears. I guess she was putting stuff away near the counter and didn't bother to greet us. She clearly didn't like her job, which speaks spades about this subway as every sandwich artist I've ever met has been happy, or at least faked it enough to seem like they were enjoying their job. Back to the 6 inches, my wife said it was "eh".

The girl working today with no name tag should be fired. Did not listen to my friend and made a salad instead of a sub which she then just dumped into a sub once finally listening to him and thought that was okay. I had to argue for a return because she said they can’t do that. Unacceptable don’t go period. She also would not stop calling my friend a girl even after telling her, he is a boy.

I'm guessing now owned by India people which i have no issues but man these guys went on the cheap side had to tell them a couple times to put more veg on my subway and finally ended up telling the guy listen if you want me to buy this sub start putting the right amount of vegetables wont be buying there again,also all none east indian workers got the boot.

There has been a definite decline in the quality of food being served since the new owners took over. Food is not very fresh and they seem to put less on your sandwich than the old staff did. A few of the staff are very nice and great to deal with but some of the others seem as though they'd prefer not to engage in human interaction. I hope that the service and food quality manages to improve. Overall it's not terrible, but I'd probably go to a different Subway location in Sudbury over this one.

Friendly and fast service. Food portions were generous and yummy. My two boys loved chicken Bacon Ranch melt.Seating is clean, spacious and open in food court.

This subway has a bit less of a selection than others in the city (at least from my experience), but it is always very quick and fresh. As with any other Subway expect a decent quality submarine sandwich but don't expect to be blown away.
