I used the drive through. CSR was clear through the speaker box. They were quick at taking my order and sounded knowledgeable. The wait time for food was very short. The food I ordered was accurate and assembled well.

Don't order food! My order of 1 BLT on a bagel was improperly made 3 times in a row. Might have reached 4,5,6 times but the ignorant wait made me late for work.
Too much worry about drive thru leaves huge line ups instore.
Used to go every morning but they never got my coffee right, never consistent. Sometimes I'd get a completely different coffee

Asked for a black apple cinnamon tea received what looked to be warmed up milk with 2 tea bags in it. Black tea isnt supposed to be white .... Especially since i repeated myself 3 times. Also messed up my dates ice cap by putting way to much creamer in it. I would give zero or half a star if I could
