Review Pita Pit - Sudbury

I was there twice this week and had the same young lady serve me. She was down right rude. Not a smile, spoke to me very bluntly, not a thank you was said after taking my money or when I was leaving. Nothing. When I returned the second time, it was worse. She was in an even more fowl mood. Working too fast and not asking what we wanted, she added the dressing on our salad, but we wanted different dressing. She fired the salad in the garbage. I will not be returning. If you hate your job this much, quit!!!

Amazing. I don’t know the name of the absolute heaven sent angle that was working there when I came in at ten minutes to close. I had gone to three different pita pits and each had been closed until I finally I came to this one. Sir I don’t know you but I hope that you get everything you ever hope for in life.

The worker looks like she didn’t want to be there. Not one smile, she also had the same gloves from the time I walked in to me paying for my pita with change, then proceeded to make my pita with the same gloves, as well as taking 2 more orders in the same gloves. I still love pita pit but I’m going to a different location

I just want to say something about the comments on here . Well i agree to all the comments on here bc i work for fast food restaurants (Tim hortons) for 8 1/2 years n i know how hard it is to keep everything n everyone happy at the same time but when it comes to customers and employees trust me been there n done that n believe me when i say this when i go to others fast food restaurants oh man i want to say a lot i could point out (wrong mistakes) to employees who doesn’t want to work or to disrespectful work places or customers….believe me i will say something. I know what it like to work 6-7 hours shift it’s tiring but being rude disrespectful to customers is not right way. Bc if head office see these comments well that’s a red flag n not fun for restaurants owners bc they have to deal with them n employees as well.

Rude staff. Not attentive to customers. Mean to the old lady in front of me who was unsure of how to proceed to pay with her debit card. Staff wearing earphones, toasted my pita despite asking for it not toasted. They probably didn’t hear me as a result. Overall not a good experience. Used to come here frequently but this time turned me off.

Absolutely appalled at the customer service at this location. When you walk in there's no greeting, the lady with the pink hair will sit at the computer and awkwardly stare at your eyes until you initiate a conversation. When getting the vegetables and such she asks "what do you want" in a very rude tone. I asked for a little bit more vegetables as it was heavily lacking volume and she just threw em on spilling some on the counter. No goodbyes or thank yous whatsoever If you have no communication skills then you should be doing the grilling instead of the talking. The man there who seemed to be in training seemed very scared to do anything. Seemed as tho if he'd screw up it wouldn't end well with the lady. I understand everyone has their days but judging by the reviews this is daily If pink hair lady is reading this I just want you to know that smiling and being nice gets you much further in life than being so rude and uptight Will not be coming back to this location and I sure as hell hope she's not getting paid more than minimum wage :)

Never get greeted or even a smile from any employee, most of the time the produce is still frozen and all around horrible customer service almost every time i go in. The girl with the purple/pink hair is super rude even when i’m super polite about it too. yeah

Went to the Lasalle location 15 minutes before close and called to make sure if their grills were still open as I watch the lady answer the phone and say no we are closing them right now.. so as I decide what else I can eat (it took me 5 or 10 minutes going back and forth on other places) I notice she turn off the grill at 8:55. Pm... 10 minutes after I called. I was disappointed and feel like if the sign says opened - staff should be willing to help customers and not be rude over the phone with them and lie about when the grills get shut off!! I could of had my pita ready and been out of there within 2 minutes! But that's okay, I took my business else where . P.s Once again I go to pitas pit on lasalle in sudbury tonight, the same girl is working... I went in 40 minutes before closing and ordered 2 pitas one large and one small... I asked if I could also have a 2 smoothies made with protein in a chocolate banana... the girl looked at me and said no we aren't serving smoothies right now then explain it was because they are closing in 40 minutes. I feel very displeased with how rude she was and how it's the second time I delt with her and not wanting to do work. For the smoothie it's a simple clean!! Literally all she had to do was wash the blender after. And the poor new guy she was with she was talking to him poorly and I felt bad for the guy. If she needs to train someone she should be more patient and willing to help/make things. I'm very displeased and unsatisfied with both experiences. I dont think I will go back to that location again.

Amazing. The pita pit is the best restaurant i have ever eaten at in the world mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i love you pita pit

Been there lots and go home happy everytime... LOVE how clean they keep it!
