So the employee with glasses made this fabulous sub just take a look how she wrapped worst experience at subway. And also check the picture from inside how she out all those veggies and sauces I can’t even eat it. Worst subway experience. I don’t how people gave these guys 5 stars these guys dont even deserve 1 star.

I ordered and they gave me this one. Anybody can look and see the bread didn’t fresh at all as well as the toppings i ordered is not full. Its the second time when they gave me that bread.

As someone who is medically exempt and clearly stated that they are medically exempt I was refused service. It is ironic that someone attempting to enforce a regulation does not even understand the regulation themselves. You cannot ask to see proof of medical exemption. I do not have to tell you why I medically exempt that is my given right. And if I was a problematic customer I would understand being refused service due to the safety and the respect to employees however that is not the situation. I maintained 10ft distance. I was respectful and advised when prompted that I am medically exempt and the conversation should have ended there and the continuation to provide services should have ensued. Instead; the white female employee* Took it upon herself to be the morality police and lie to my face saying that they cannot serve anyone that's not wearing a mask and that they are allowed to ask for proof of medical exemption. Outside of my personal opinion this is unacceptable behavior. * (I did not catch her name but she was the only white-skinned woman working at this time) I left the store advising that employee that she should check up on her legislation so that she has accurate information that she's providing to people rather than the gross misinformation that she was delivering.

This store owes me $27.29 and Tina, the store manager, was very rude to me. I work in the office building next to this Subway and I live in the Valley, about a 30 minute drive away. At my lunch break I picked up lunch for my wife and kids through Skip the Dishes takeout. When I went into the store to pick it up, I gave them my full name and they gave me the bag, reassuring me it was the correct food because I was the only Skip order they had all day. I drove home to drop the food off, then on my way back to the Office my wife called me saying it was the wrong food. So I go back into Subway and tell them they had given me the wrong food / wrong order. They said I needed to BRING ALL THE FOOD BACK before they could fulfill my actual order. I told them that would be a 1-hour round trip to get the food back from my house in the Valley, plus another hour round trip to bring the correct food to my family, and that just wouldn't be possible. THEY DIDN'T CARE! The two girls working were laughing at me the whole time and we're being very rude. I asked to speak to the manager, they put on the phone with Tina, the General Manager of the store. Right away she was accusing me of yelling at her employees (the girls LIED to her before putting me on the phone, I had never yelled), then Tina tells me I'm wasting her time and need to contact Skip the Dishes to solve MY PROBLEM. I calmly told her that it wasn't a Skip the Dishes issue, since her staff had just given me the wrong food, and in doing so had inconvenienced me significantly, it would take an hour of driving just to bring back the wrong food to them. TINA DIDN'T CAR! She basically called me a moron for not understating that it was a problem I had with Skip the Dishes, not them. So I left the store having paid $29.27 with nothing to show for it. The crazy part is I had frequented this store for many years and had brought co-workers with me on many occasions. We have even catered from them on a couple occasions. Unless this situation get's rectified, there is no way I can come back to this Subway and I will implore my coworkers to not ever come here either.

Had a Veggie delight sub and it was very good. The staff were attentive and polite. The washroom was very clean.

Enjoyed my sub although the store was a little difficult to find. Most plazas have a sign to let you know what's there. It would have been very helpful if it had that. The 2 women that were working were very friendly and very cognizant of being very careful and clean with everyone's food and social distancing!!!

When I was walking into the store, the girl worker with glasses was smoking a joint outside. Right away i was disgusted. While being served by the other employee she comes in and starts talking about disgusting topics. Another evening I went I saw the same employee with the glasses have her boyfriend I am assuming go in the back. He’s not even following any COVID protocol. What is wrong with this place? Not only are their employees getting high on the job but also making it a hangout.
