I usually never have any problems with subway and am never one to complain but this was by far the worst location I’ve been to. Whoever is working the shift on Friday at 5pm, didn’t follow any protocols and gave less than the trained amount. She didn’t toast my sub long enough so it’s soggy and she touched her face multiple times with her gloves and proceeded to make my sandwich. Very disappointed.

Unacceptable! I order my sub through the app, and when I got there at the suppose pic up time the shop was closing early , and totally ignored my order. I knocked on the door and showed the order on my phone. the person inside check the computer, look to me sideways and grab the phone. She didn’t even open the door and was freezing cold outside. I got I refund about an hour later, but that doesn’t change the fact that I drove there and waist my time for nothing.

Subway is always Subway, no matter where you go. This location is very clean, the service is great, and they give you a ton of toppings when you order. They're not afraid of throwing you more of what you want either. Probably the most consistent Subway in Sudbury.

Today i ordered egg and cheese sandwich and its like frozen patty and also employee behaved rudely with me. She also cut the sandwich in 8 inch and 4 inch however i wanted two 6 inches sandwich.also she put the sandwich in way that all veggies came out in the wrap. It was very bad sandwich.

I always prefer going to this store even though there is one closer to my house on Regent because the staff are nicer and the store is bigger and cleaner. They also have better soup variety. The one on regent would be done soup by 7 pm even though they close at 9. Staff are friendly most of the time and their subs are fresh.

I'm not satisfied with the quality of the food as they gave me frozen patties which wasn't at all heated up. Moreover, their was no quality with the dressing and overcharged

We went early last month to the restaurant, we arrive and ask if we could have a chicken cesear panini they loaded it up with alot of chicken. then they told us it would cost more. At this point we were like ok make sense. We told her just put it on a wrap then she took off 75 percent of chicken and put it on the wrap. I was clearly there with my financee and I was waiting for them to make my wrap. The same girl I order ask me. What are you waiting for..... I proceed to say my wrap and had to clarified I was with my financee. So we went during a none busy time around 730 there was only one couple in the store. I they had Downtime and what were they doing when we arrived on there phone. So back to the review I order mayo and cesear on my wrap and the bottle were completely empty by the time I got my food is was soggy. You would think instead of playing on your phone you can check on the status off your items. To top it off my financee chicken was totally raw.
