This Tim Horton's was previously run by Aramark food services and the service was terrible. It's now run by Chartwell food services and Chartwell Is also running this location very poorly. There are long lines, orders are often incorrect and they try to over charge you for many of the items. I ho

Hit or miss when visiting this location. If you arrive with a work or class rush expect to wait some time. I find most of the staff quick and good to respond to extra requests. Again watch for class rush's.

Took longer than I expected but they were fairly busy and the product was of good quality so it was overall worth the wait since I wasn't in a rush

Ordered a cafe mocha, after waiting 15 minutes for it, I took a sip and it was just hot water...so I brought it back and waited another 15 minutes for a new one and then took a sip of it and it was just hot water again.

Employees lack customer service. Extremely long wait times, and stale baked goods. Not a goods representation of the Tim Hortons brand.

The food they serve is good. Ladys are nice. But they are slow .

Slow service, often forget parts of orders, coffee is hit and miss. This location does a disservice to the tims brand.
