April 10th 2018 @ 12:00pm I don't usally eat here on my lunch break, but I was very impressed with the service I received. The girl at the counter had such a positive attitude and was super friendly. She was trying her hardest to make sure she met my consumer needs. This has been the best eating out

I went there for the second time. As my first experience wasn't ideal. Both time Lack of service. Waited 10 min to have a person come to the counter. No one in sight. The bread was old. Made sure both time to ask for fresh and both time I was told it was. Not a good experience.

If all the employees would be has nice has the lady employee Ive met I would give it a 5 but unfortunetly 1 rotten apple ruin it for all. This employee likes to close an hour before closing time. You can just up and leave whenever you feel like it!!!

Ask for toasted subs, they come not toasted. Ask for pizza sub... no sauce on sub. I only gave 2 stars because I usually enjoy mr sub. This particular one though.

Staff was quick to serve me, and she was friendly and boasted about how fresh their bread was today; indeed, it was excellent! I'll be back!
