Review Marble Slab Creamery - Sudbury

This cake was the best cake I have ever tasted. It was a custom cake. I ordered banana flavor with double mixins: banana and caramel. I love it!

We had a great experience the ice cream was great but what really put it over the top was the 3 young men working ! They were absolutely the most respectful, professional and polite people. Best service I've gotten in Sudbury in all of my years visiting the city!

The most disgusting experience. We purchased our ice cream....walked out the door and threw it straight into the garbage. 15$ for 2 single scoops in a cup. The service from the one employee was absolutely atrocious with the way she served us. Unkept counter tops, glass so dirty you could hardly see through it. The spoons were in a communal container that was gross. When it came to paying the one server walked to the cash, cashed us out and went right back to handling people's food without washing her hands or putting gloves on. We drove 2o minutes just to toss our purchase into the trash.

We really like their desserts but it’s unfortunately a dirty place. Even just cleaning windows would help. Afternoon, empty place and floor, rug, poster sign all look dirty :( I wish I could give 5 stars

Amazing food. Menu is wide and incidental to a particularly raised necessity. Definitely top of the line food. It might be expensive yet worth the work and they do different courses of action on different nights so it justifies taking a gander at them before you book. Vigorously recommended. This little bistro serves drinks, chocolate and frozen yogurt. They make their own chocolate and chocolate curiosities. They took care of chocolate treats notwithstanding various other adorable chocolate things. It was enjoyable to peruse. We attempted the frozen yogurt. It was exceptionally rich and smooth.

Good experience with the ice creams. I really hope they put on rates for their ice cream cups. You never know what they cost for small to x'large cups. They must mention on their board or something. Also, about toppings, they don't have interesting toppings, there must be variety in toppings. I found that the staff was their to do their shifts only, not to assist people or say they were not really making any effort to help people in choosing or selecting what could be good. I am not saying that they should tell people what to eat, its just that a little assistance and dedication can make them and their shop look good. Ice creams are good here. You just have to ask a lot of questions to buy one. Good luck getting your sweets.

Place is gutted inside, sign on door says it’s closed for renovations- they need to update their hours and online to let people know! Even their phone line says they’re still open- good thing I asked a friend in Sudbury to check for me before I drove an hour and wasted $$ on gas- they even told me that the door was left unlocked- really hope nobody damages it!!

The ice cream is good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Attempting to order from these folks during a stay at home order regularly ends in them just cancelling the order or just not providing us with half of what we ordered. No attempt at a phone call, nothing. Quite sad.
