Review Boston Pizza - Sudbury

Got a giant plate of food, just what I needed after a 7 hour bus ride. 18 bucks before tax was a great deal food good food and good service. If I travel again I'd definitely consider stopping by

I've only given 3 star because the servers were fantastic. I would give the service 5 stars but the food 1..The menu options were very scarce... they took all their really good options off. Ordered 3 different chicken dishes and everyone had rubbery chicken. Unfortunately we used to enjoy going but won't be going back.

I went to the Boston pizza with my family of 5 and ordered a whole bunch of items from the menu. Along with chicken wings, I orders Thai Shrimps, Pastas, French Onion Soup and Jalapeno Shrimp tacos. .. I was very excited to order Jalapeño shrimp tacos and i was very disappointed to see what I received. The bread was just filled with lettuce, diced tomatoes and shredded cheese. There was barely any shrimps in the tacos. Like one or two shrimp pieces. It was so bland. There was absolutely no taste and felt that the chef put in no effort in making the food. I asked for spicy pasta and all I could taste was just hot sauce. There was no effort put in our food. I paid over $200 for something so basic that I cant think of ever going back. I would really appreciate if they spend some time fixing the quality and taste of the food. The servers were very nice.

First time going in about 5 years and was so disappointed at how much it has changed for the worse. The dining room was so dirty, it looked like the carpet hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, there were chunks of food all over the floor. The food was pretty good, which is the only reason for the 2 stars. The service was terrible. After we ordered fishbowls and our food from our waiter, someone from the kitchen brought us our stuff and then never saw our waiter for over an hour. Had to flag down another waiter (who was NOT happy we asked) for a glass of water. Ended up talking to the manager who was standing at the hostess desk and told her we hadn’t seen the waiter and wanted to pay and leave, no apologies or help, just a “I’ll go find them”. The waiter came back out and said “sorry I forgot about you guys”. Even though we asked for a split bill, they brought only one out, didn’t show it to us and manually calculated the split on the phone calculator. Fine… but weird, I’ve never seen that. Not one to complain, I can empathize if people are having a busy day, but the restaurant wasn’t really busy and it was over an hour that we hadn’t seen the waitress. She literally took our order and gave us our bill and that was it.

Way overpriced for the portion and quality. I had been to Boston pizza in Windsor once before years ago and didn't like it then. We got into Sudbury late Sunday for work and this was what was open still. Over 50 bucks for 2 small pizzas and 2 chocolate milks. They tasted ok but not great. Won't ever be back.

My son said that he would take care of ordering food for the family get together for an early Mothers day supper. He chose Boston Pizza because he liked their gluten free options (we are both lactose/gluten intolerant) We got the deal with 2 normal pizzas and 3 orders of wings, fries, a couple of salads, and a broccoli crust with vegan cheese pizza. The food was really good! I am picky with gluten free options, but was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. It was also a large order and nothing was forgotten. I do wish the gluten free pizza had been larger considering I had to share it with my son lol.

We are group of 5. Vegetarian pizza needs some improvement, it is so bland. One of the summer special cocktail was waste of money. My daughter ordered unicorn lemonade and she did not have second sip. Smoke Gouda and pepper ravioli was good. They need to improve their vegetarian options.

Went during the week where it's nice and quiet. Weekends can be quite hectic. Polite server and meal was served on time. Pizza was cooked properly and delicious.
