Review Tommy's Not Here - Sudbury

Went for a birthday dinner (first time there) and it was excellent. Server was awesome and super helpful with recommendations. It does feel like you’re stepping back in time with the decor, but I guess this adds to the charm. Food/drinks are on the pricier side for Sudbury, but not outrageous. I felt like the quality of the service and food matched what we paid. Will definitely go back.

duck confit penne: the sauce is a perfect balance between sweet and savory and the green onions provide the perfect amount of bite to balance the richness of the sauce. The duck is very tender as you would expect. blueberry bread pudding with vanilla ice cream: great texture, makes you feel warm and cozy. Portion size is perfect. lighting is a little dim Live in the GTA but will be sure to come back anytime I'm in the area.

My wife & I got married here in their small private room (it was a tiny wedding) but everything was perfect! We came back to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and received the same outstanding service. The food was all cooked to perfection and the service was wonderful. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some of the beat fine dining in Sudbury. We plan to celebrate our anniversary here each year and whenever we can make it to Sudbury (we live in North Bay). Thanks again to all the wonderful staff at Tommy's Not Here

Amazing staff, atmosphere, wine, and food to die for. Best restaurant in Sudbury hands down.

Very poor dining experience with a highly inexperienced waiter. Literally ruined my husband's very special and expensive birthday dinner. We had such a great experience last time I could not believe how different this was. Basics like when we asked for bread this was completely confusing to the waiter. My husband's meal was overly salty and he said the meat tasted old and dry. I felt very bad because I was the one who chose this restaurant.

Sudbury's best restaurant would rank high in any city. Their menu holds a great selection of must-haves including their famous mushroom ravioli and the best crème brûlé I've had. Their staff is very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend placing a reservation to visit this gem, you won't regret it!

Top class service and food! They squeezed us in with no notice at the bar and then looked after us very well. The food is exceptional, the service was personable and top notch. Loved it! Unforgettable dessert (bread pudding with mango peach and vanilla ice cream) was perfect 'closing'. Will definitely go back if we are in the area again. thanks
