Friendly and knowledgeable service and high-quality products (tea and accessories). I haven't actually been into the shop (yet) but super happy with the teas I've had from here so far.
It was a lovely way to spend an evening with friends and work colleagues. Learned so much about teas - myths and facts. Love the tea I bought to bring home and look forward to having a cuppa knowing the benefits it offers.
