Review Tim Hortons - Stoney Creek

New older lady with the grey hair is horrible. She had an attitude problem and I still gave a tip and she didn’t even say thank you or even acknowledge me.

Will never go here again.. I am totally discussed right now!!!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich, a ham and cheese melt, a mocha iced capp, as well as a caramel iced Capp. (The order was for me and my mom.) when we received our order, there were SEVERAL issues. The lettuce on the chicken sandwich was soggy and brown, they mixed up the syrups in the iced Capp, and they did not melt my ham and cheese melt. It was just two pieces of cheese. I’m not normally one to leave a review, however when I called them to confront them about my issue; the woman on the phone told me that they had many trainees in that day. (As if that excuses it, because all that proves is that they don’t watch what their trainees are doing, because them not putting a MELT into the machine that melts it would’ve been caught right away if they had been supervising.) She then proceeded to tell me to contact SkipTheDishes to receive points and dismissed the call. I’ve never ordered from this location, so as a first time customer this was extremely disappointing.

Usually a good experience but lately there has been a lack in filling drinks up. I haven’t even had a drink from my hot chocolate yet and it’s only 2/3 full. (Photos would not upload)

Hands down the fastest and best service from any tim Hortons you can get. Every time I go their so fast and fantastic and friendly thanks to the well trained staff here

One of very few tim Hortons that get it right, every time! Drivethrough, walk in or ordering online, ive never been disappointed with a drink or food from here.

Unprofessional staff placed order twice still didn’t get what I wanted ,staff wasn’t apologetic at all ,instead of correcting my order and redo , they offer directly for refund very very disappointed they raised the price but staff they should work on it

I bought a grilled chicken earlier around 1:30pm and the chicken was like mashed into pieces. I did not get a chance to take picture of it because i was at work already.
