Review Wendy's - Stoney Creek

The absolute best Wendy's in Hamilton, it's strange, every other Wendy's I've tried is just fine, but this one, the food tastes so much better and fresher. The service is alright, a bit slow, but I'm happy to wait given the quality you get after. Also yes I know this is literally just a fast food joint but trust me.

Wendy's franchise is my favorte hamburg go to. Attended the upper stoney creek location a few days ago and was very disappointed. The store is small, the area to line up and order was very small, no room for social distancing. Sadly, the restaurant itself was very dirty. There was paper, napkins straws, garbage on the floor. The limited countertops were dirty with drink stains and dried streaks of previously moisture. The tables were dirty, (I had to clean my own table) and overall appearance was not pleasant. The food was ok, our hamburgs were warm not hot. Tried the strawberry lemonade - the favor was good but found it too sweet. If the restaurant was clean, could have overlooked some of the other deficits. Good luck and hope the feedback helps improve the restaurant.

So I pull up to the drive thru and am asked to wait. Ok so I shut my truck off and wait. Having a conversation in my truck and then the lady at the drive thru decides to give me attitude and I wasnt even talking to her, since she asked me to wait. Then she proceeds to put hair in my 12 year Olds frosty. I go back to get a new one and he gets another frosty with even more hair this time. But before she hands it to us, she whispers something to the lady that hands it to us and what do you know more hair. I call and ask for the owners number and am told they don't even have his number. The manager told me this. Was told to fill out a survey and it goes back to the store. So yup nothing will get fixed. My son or I will never go back here again, with the ignorance from the lady at the drive thru. Who does that to a kids frosty to begin with! Disgusting not once but twice. If you decide to eat there get ready for hair in your food.

While at Wendys one day last week. To my shock and amazment I witnessed one of the workers prepping food. Was very happy to see her wearing gloves. Then I watched her throw something in the garnage bin. She then proceeded to tamp down the garbage while wearing the same gloves. Then while still wearing the same gloves she went back to prepping the next order. With all that has been going on in the world the last 2 years how does this happen.

Despite all the challenges facing the customer service industry, this restaurant continues to deliver! Staff are always courteous and polite even when it’s quite evident that they’re having a stressful time. Drive thru is almost always smooth and efficient. Food is always hot and prepared to order. Haven’t had a poor experience yet. Thank you!

I decided to try their "frosty-ccino" today as it was hot and got a cup of ice(3/4 filled when empty) after taking about 4 sips. I'm totally disappointed.

What's the point of a mobile order if it still takes 10mins after you arrive? 0 customers ahead of me, but was told 3 eggs will take another 5mins.

stopped by this wendys after a long hard shift at timmes for a lemonade and chili fries dankest fries and lemonade ive ever had, super speedy service and a beautiful restaurant
