Review Tim Hortons - Stoney Creek

Service was fast, overall quite friendly and all the food and drinks made well all of the time. I even liked the fact that there was decorations for every holiday! It sometimes used to be too busy though, that's all I can really complain about. I wish it wasn't closing.

Literally the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever gone to. Most of the female employees are extremely rude, miserable and impatient. The managers are lazy and seem to think they’re too good to help out the trainees.

Dirty location, lady sneezes in her hand and then holds the coffee cup with her dirty fingers inside. It's ridiculous, you work with food and drinks you should be spotless clean. It's absolutely disgusting this location. Not to mention customer service, not exactly the friendliest bunch. Steer clear of this location.

Fast service, coffee was not filled to the top, air conditioning was on too high especially since the outside temperature was cool to begin with. Only stop by here when using near by shops. My my go to Tim Hortons.

Food is skimpy. I used to order food from this location but recently when I order a wrap I will get the smallest portion of lettuce and tomato possible. Bagels have almost no cream cheese on them. One morning I got a farmers wrap without egg (bacon, sausage and a hashbrown essentially).. and wound up with a wrap with just bacon and sauce in it! The coffee is nearly always burnt unless the manager is serving or like this morning.. my extra sweetened iced coffee literally has no "sweet" to it at all! I have been visiting this tim hortons for years but simply wont order food at their location anymore and now I'm having a constant issue with my coffees. Not happy.

My husband and I go to this Tim Hortons all the time for the past few years. The staff here has always been very friendly and helpful. We quite enjoy going here.

Nothing against this particular Tim Hortons. Some number cruncher decided to remove gluten free option. They take better care of investors than customer.

I was in yesterday and saw a COCKROACH on the thin paper they use to pick up the donuts and bagels right near the cash register, this store is very unsanitary because they've clearly had the problem for a long time if the roaches are out in the open during the day. I will be contacting head office although I'm not sure what good it will do, no wonder the employees are always in a bad mood they go home with roaches in their clothes every night
