Hi I order three small fries from the eastgate Square mall today and they were very bad they seem like they were rewarded and they were very hard and some were burnt.
Have ordered from here twice through Skip. Both times were a disaster. The first time I received someone else's order entirely. By far the best New York Fries location. Employees are incredibly nice and have fantastic customer service. This is definitely my favourite place to get eat at when in the mall. Love the food always fresh tasting, amazing portions. Would definitely recommend eating here.
Got some fries and a drink, the drink was fine. The fries were barely cooked, grease coated and barely cooked. I used to love this place, I will just move on to a new fry place.
Found this average , fries were full of dripping oil .
Need to recheck the quality of main ingredients some of the fries were black
The young ladies at New York Fries are awesome! The customer service is always excellent and the food is always high quality. This is the only place I will eat at in the food court. Keep up the great work ladies
