By far the absolute worst Tim Horton's ever!!!! I have had to use it for 2 years now at Mohawk and they are constantly unable to fulfill orders because they are out of stock. This morning I ordered a Bagel belt meal with Bacon and a Medium Double Double, plain bagel with butter for 6,77. Did not butter my bagel and they informed me after the fact that they had no hashbrowns.... or Napkins!!!!

Worst Timmy! Ordered Medium coffee, give me the small; didn't give me my hash brown; throw away my receipt without asking; and the sausage english muffin I ordered the muffin taste like been there overnight, not fresh at all!!! But opened in Mohawk College, so still lot of people in the line~

Easily the worst Tim's i have ever been in my entore extistence and I've seen BAAAD Tim's restaurants. As a mohawk student it's litterally faster to ,drive to grays road or fruitland and walk in, order, get your coffee etc, drive back, find parking, park, and walk back to class. As opposed to standing in a 4 foot long line at this Tim's and your order is almost to be guaranteed wrong. Plus you get attitude so there's that

Customer service is very worst especially one lady who working there is always dealing with customers in a rude manner. It is very difficult to order a coffee or snacks due to the behaviour of the staff there.

Worst service.the lady over here is so rude and was literally yelling at us. We ordered and she kept murmuring bla bla no offense but she needs to be replaced .

This place is a joke. 3 ladies in the booth, and they are always in some sort of a fight, hence everyone needs to wait at least 5 min for a cup of coffee
