I placed an order with the KFC app, only to arrive and find the location closed. Staff were inside and completely unhelpful. I’ll have to call to try to get my money back. Update: The restaurant called me back and offered a refund 👍🏽

Disgusting. The chicken I got was all bad, I thought I had bit off a fatty part only to find the entire sandwich that way. It's like it had been frozen and reheated. Praying I dont get food poisoning. Do better!
