Difference btw 2 medium coffee. Second one has a foam on the top otherwise it’s just half of the cup. Not a complaint but please pay attention while making order.

Told to pull around back and wait for order. Only brought out one part of my order and then says thats all that was on the order. Didn't like my tone and being called a kid which is all employees are here anymore. Brings out more of my order and still missing part of my order . Avoid this location if you can.

Was forced to pull up and park out back to wait for my order so their numbers would still look good to head office been waiting ten minutes and still no food think they forgot they pulled us around??? Absolutely worst service

This Tim gets very busy . I don't know how they manage to keep up. The girls at the drive though always have a smile. Mind you there is a dentist right next door.

This Tim Horton always out off stuff this is second day time is 7:45pm they don’t have Habenero wraps today out off stuff and yesterday they didn’t have any thing for dinner only got carrots Muffins and coffee which was also cold bad experience you need competent staff and enough stuff

As bad as McDonald’s icecream machine is this location and the icecaps. Hardly working or they don’t turn it on. Then you wait in the drive thru because once you are in there is no other exit. Place a sign out front before or stop offering them.

My mother went into today to go have a coffee with her friends, the manager was out right appalling with her words refused to serve my mom and let her stay when she HAD proof of vaccinations all of them the girls decided to harass my mother for a QR code her drivers licence health card etc becayse the vaccine card wasn’t enough,,, this place is disgusting get new employees!! Not to mention when I called to talk about it as my mothers disabled the manager screamed on the phone in my ear and hung up on me, by the government health of Ontario YOU DO NOT NEED A QR code let alone proof of your license and health card to sit in a restaurant, please review the health and safety guidelines on the health government Ontario page and read allll of IT !
