Review Williams Fresh Cafe - Stoney Creek

The cotton candy hot chocolate was delicious. The food however was not fresh, it was all frozen item heated that had little to no taste at all. We waited a while to be served. But the biggest disappointment was the food.

Courteous staff. Good place for an afternoon snack. Would have appreciated pastry to be served warm with the coffee.

We have ordered from here multiple times and the last time left us super disappointed. We ordered a bagel with butter and avocado, and got TOAST with just butter on it... we also got another breakfast sandwich that was suppose to have avocado on it but it had 1 piece of avocado on it. We called the restaurant and the lady said "there is nothing I can do" and then hung up on us. It was so disrespectful and disgusting that someone would speak to a customer that way, and hang up the phone on them. This is the bigger problem that Jennifer was unable to assist me, the customer, with the issue and chose to be rude and hang up the phone.

Waited over 30 mins for our food. About 25 mins in I asked about the status and the girl said we are backed up right now. See the picture there is no one else there lol. When the food showed up it was very cold (egg and bacon wrap).

Nice spot, very convenient location, always neat and tidy inside. The menu is very accommodating for most. I had an egg, spinach and avocado breakfast sandwich on a gluten free bagel. Very enjoyable.

Rich and mouth watering quiche!!!!! Phenomenal experience from the moment we entered the door, until we left. Staff was very friendly, engaged and knowledgeable. Really difficult to find top quality service like this in the food industry.

if I could give this location 0 stars I would. I came here on a Wednesday night to get some work done with friends and just order a coffee and sandwich. I cannot have diary, so I asked what dairy free milk options they offer, the employee said, "we don’t have any" and then said, "oh wait we actually just have lactose free milk". okay great, not an issue. she tells my friend and I that they will bring us our order at the table, no issue. 5 minutes go by, and a different employee had come and told us that they do not have lactose free milk, and then proceeded to list all the other diary free alternates they do have (after the first worker saying they only had lactose free), waited another 10 minutes for the drinks (which tasted poor). I had waited 50 minutes for my sandwich, after having to ask twice where it was, and my friend having to wait over an hour for hers (also served burnt). On top of this we watched other people who got here after us, receive their orders before us. The service is absolutely terrible, and I would never recommend for someone to come here especially if they’re in any kind of hurry. I will not be coming back here.

Mac and Cheese was great! Everything else was poor. Spent 40 minutes in there today and regretting it. Given a bad coffee , coffee grinds in it . Asked for some extra cream they didn’t have it ran out so mixed some milk in the cup to think I would notice . Asked for a new cup but took them 20 minutes to replace the cream so just left without having a coffee. Staff care more about Uber and skip orders than the paying customer in front of them. I would recommend some customer service training
