Review Kfc - Stoney Creek

Worst KFC anywhere! Stand and wait at the counter forever waiting for an order, staff has trouble communicating in English, and the chicken is embarrassingly small and dry compared to the way it use to be, while the fries were not even warm and got ripped off on the quantity. Had bad experiences with zinger sandwiches in the past as well there. Asked to hold the mayo, and they add the mayo. It is not rocket science! Ever since this new management took over at this location (seems from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, you know…) this location has gone downhill, which is too bad as the previous management was very good and blows this poor excuse of staff away. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this location! The location on Parkdale Ave. is much better and worth the few extra minutes drive. Hopefully KFC upper management will realize from all the negative reviews that this caravan serving on Queenston Rd. is taking the brand into the ground with their lack of: proper service, communication breakdown of orders, and poor quality taste of the food they prepare, therefore please show them all the door, and get some quality store management and serving staff back as this area of Stoney Creek deserves much better. They discontinued the KFC from the location further west on Queenston Rd near Canadian Tire a few years ago which is also too bad, especially now with this terrible location further east on Queenston Rd across from Fortinos, as it would have given the customer another choice of actual quality.

They don't deserve ONE star. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes, just to be told a coupon could not be used unless I order on line. No where on the coupon does it say that. The family really wanted KFC so I order a bucket, fries and gravy. Yet again we do not have gravy .......NO GRAVY!!!!!!!! Customer service, they don't have. Gravy, they don't have. Coupons, you can't use. REALLY, someone from H.O. needs to go out there and do some basic training. I went else where. I will have to drive an extra 20 minutes if I want KFC again. I am never going back.

Ordered a ten piece bucket but what I recieved was not what I've come to expect. 6 pieces of what I'm guessing were chicken thighs cut in half. One drumstick One whole chicken wing (Like you'd expect from a dive bar) And two nugget sized pieces. The bucket itself had a Christmas theme at the end of February? This location has dropped in quality in the past ten years, but the past five years in particular are a travesty. The chicken was way too greasy and not at all crispy, like it had been sitting in a puddle of grease. It doesn't even taste like Colonel's chicken. Definitely not "finger lickin' good" anymore.

2 years ago I lived near here. It was great. I came today and ordered a 4 PC and upgraded all to white. Smallest pieces of chicken I've ever seen. I've included a pic. This is a broken fry and it's almost as long as the breast. I had a bite of one so I've excluded it from out of box pic. I paid almost $20 for this with a $1 biscuit. This is the place I gave 5 stars once upon a time. Just brutal...

Their pop machine so tell me pay for bottle drink extra.or pay box meal stuff separately.i don't wanna pay extra i even ask for less bottle drink and give me combo but no. its not like we broke their machine lady supervisor or wt ever she was great with dealing with customers she know how let customers down great job u need to be teach every employee .

June 28, 2022, i downloaded coupon directly from kfc.ca. i order bucket deal which is 22.99 and cashier told me the deal was expired. I looked at the coupon and it was really expired. I told them, yet, it's directly downloaded from kfc.ca shouldnt they honoured it. and they said no. I felt bad, i still paid over 30 dollars. When i brought bag to home, i was very disappointed. the fried chicken was so oily because it was socked with oil(usually happen when old oil is being used.) they did not put any utensils and even forgot 2 gravies that was included in the meal.

I bought a plant based sandwich x2 from this location via drive-thu. I was asked to drive back around in a few mins which I thought was unusual since most places bring the order out the order when they've made it. The first time I was asked to drive around a second time because it was not ready and they were busy. The second it was dead and I was asked again to drive around in 7 mins. I questioned it because of the previous experience playing loop-d-loop in drive thru. I was told "it would really help them but that's fine we'll bring it out. It's fine". The tone left me with a sense of guilt. This is an uncommon practice for any big restaurant chain and an inconvenience to have to go round and round. Head office needs to sort this out because it's become a "thing" at this location.

Today is my worst experience at KFC . I placed order on the phone. We reached there around 4:12 pm. Indian girl treated us very rude. It was my first and last time I am having food from this location. She don’t know how to talk with customers and they didn’t give us napkins. Food was good but customer service was not.
